portion control plates
I recently started using portion control plates, and they’ve made a big difference in how I eat. The sectioned design helps me keep my meals balanced without overthinking. In theory these are great but one must use them for them to be effective in weight management. If only they provided the motivation to go with them . Good color, size and value. Functionality again goes back to motivation of user...

Great learning tool
Good product for trying to help learn portions and portion control. My dad actually asked for them for a gift so that was why I purchased. He is very happy with them and I think they really helped him in identifying and learning appropriate portion sizes.

Inaccurate
The plate portions held are tiny! The measurements on the bowls are inaccurate; 1/4 is really 1/2. Wouldn’t buy again.

Good for visually understanding/seeing portion size
Good quality and has held up in the dishwasher well. Removing a start because the printing on the bowls are lower quality. Using these to visually understand portion sizes for when I don’t have a food scale.

Visual learning made easy on how to eat a balanced meal.
I have a hard time with portion control and with this set, I can portion my food exactly how it should be. I Love this set! very helpful amd sturdy! I keep one set at home and another at work.
