I normally wear a large in more designer underwear, but I had to return for an X-large. Once I got the size right, I bought several more, for a total of six pairs I now own. It's great for working out and helps things cool with the air holes. I would purchase it again.

Whenever I buy jocks online especially the more affordable ones, im always disappointed. I'm 5'10" 220 and a 36" waist. I find most jocks are either too tight in the waistband or in the pouch Even if they say they fit my size. I got the XXL and if fit great. I like the breathable silky mesh, and I appreciate that the pouch is more wide than most brands so us bigger guys get full coverage in the front. Great for daily wear and not just for showing off.

I've looked at similar underwear from high-end brands but the price has always been a problem. I, personally, have a hard time justifying a high price for something I wear occasionally for a fun evening. These seem to be similar quality for much less.I ordered one size up from my normal underwear size because I did not want it to be too tight. They fit perfectly. And they are more comfortable than I expected. I'm considering ordering another pair or two to put in my standard rotation.

Here's my short take:This appears to be of quality materials and workmanship.It is comfortable and fits the way I want it to.The pouch fabric feel is smooth, silky, comfortable; the straps/waistband are also smooth and comfortable.The camo/strap colors look good.Here's the long version of the review for this, with lots of detail:At 5'9" and hovering around 160 pounds, I'm sort of in between a USA size medium and large.This review is for the "Camo Athletic Supporter (Large, A4-blue-ak3015)".The product page shows this as 29.9 -33. 0 inches, which, most US manufacturers would call somewhere around a Medium. I measured the garment I received..These are the measurements:Right out of the package, before I even put this on, I laid the garment on a flat surface.This is with the garment just laid flat, NOT stretched.Waist is 15" from side to side (so total, 30").The (waist) band from top to bottom is about 1 1/2" wide.Leg straps are 1" wide and 11/2" long, measuring from the bottom of the waistband where they are sewn, to the bottom of the pouch.Pouch size, top to bottom at the longest measurement, measuring from the bottom of the waistband where it is sewn, to the bottom of the pouch, is 6 1/2".Laid on it's side, the pouch measures 4" deep front to back (so *up to* 8" wide, side to side when worn).The fabric of the pouch is very soft and stretchy.Absolute comfort as underwear and an athletic supporter, BUT, depending on the activity, does not support firmly like a "proper" jockstrap. There will be movement up and down and side to side.The design feature I don't love:There is a seam that goes right down the center of the pouch; I believe it's supposed to be a style accent.On the product page it can be seen in almost every product image.While it makes the garment look sharp, it leaves an impression on Mr. Happy; shaft and glans.Even so, these are nice; likely good summer, "all day" underwear.Glad I ordered.I hope this review has been helpful and enables you to make an informed purchase decision.I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.
