Third bottle... No stomach upset... I'm "regular" whereas I never have been, so I see that as a good thing. I can say that bright lights don't hurt my eyes so much at night re sjogren's and mild cataracts... I go longer between eye drops....... From the melanin side of things, people tell me they like my "tan"... I use sunscreen because of rosacea(sp)... Soooooo..... which has not flared up in over a month, even with an ongoing, massively stressful situation..... All the other claims about astaxanthin, I don't know about. Supposed to help with cell regeneration in the skin, etc... Don't know about all that. My focus was vision... The rosacea(sp) is def a bonus... It's worth a try... Def give it at least 2 months; I was at about 1.5 months when I realized I didn't need my night glasses to drive at night (well... unless someone's driving with brights on... Or I'm on dark country roads where lights seem particularly bright). If I keep having these results, and dr sees progress at my next check in, I'll change this to 5 stars...

This was recommended by my pharmacist because I am on Mounjaro. It’s supposed to help with skin. Have not noticed a change as of yet. I don’t get any strange taste from it or burps. Easy to swallow as the pill is on the small size

Haber esto está interesante le pongo 5 estrellas porque se supone que es un súper producto y está a súper buen precio pero yo me siento igual que cuando no lo tomaba, es decir quizá si sirva quizá o quizá sea lo mismo que comprar unos buenos chicles, creo que se complica calificar este tipo de productos pero según eso muy bueno 🤷🏽‍♂️

I'm recommending these to everyone I know! I had a achy hip that just wouldn't quit. After taking these for just a few days, it's was gone and has not returned. My skin, at age 64, is glowing and I honestly think the few lines I had around my eyes have smoothed out. I'm lucky to have good genes and am aging quite well, but I can still notice a difference. I am now finding my reading glasses are not quite right and am wondering if my eyes are now being helped by this. I'll be continuing to take these every day. Just make sure you take them with some kind of fat as it is needed for proper absorption. I take a spoonful of peanut butter with my vitamins every morning.

Been using it for over 2 months and have helped my stressed eyes due to long screen work hours and also for general wellbeing. "Do not expect results in a month!" . You need to use astaxanthin for atleast 2 months to see visible results. Patience is key when using any supplement!
