Very good, do the job

I'm sitting on the fence with this one, will try to find another produce which will work
a good product, it doesn't always work. You have to be really sleepy in the first place for them to work

Tablets to relax you.
These don't put you.to sleep but they sort of help you to relax. When you open the tub there is an unpleasant whiff,in fact the tablets have a smell of sweaty feet.

Worked for me
As a menopausal woman in her 50s I have been having trouble dropping off to sleep for quite a while. I tried magnesium tablets first and after a while they stopped helping me with sleep so I thought I would give these a go as I had tried the Kalms daytime tablets briefly for a stressful period and they helped. I have been taking these tablets for over 2 weeks now and 9 times out of 10 they help me to nod off, no more 3am looking at the clock wondering why I cannot sleep! They are not miracle workers and they may not work for everyone but they have for me so I will continue to use these for now.

They seem to work
Menopause giving me some sleepless nights, wanted something more herbal and tried these. On the nights I have used I slept well. Not used too often though so can't give a true review.
