RORRY CharmGo Portable Charger, 5000mAh Portable Charger Power Bank

Great battery life. Easy to see how fully charged it is. Charges all of my Apple products quickly. I love that. It’s so small and lightweight and can fit in any of my bags to go with me wherever I go.

I love it! Lasts pretty long and I really like that I can charge up to 3 devices at once. While I was on the Amtrak I was able to charge my phone, watch and mini camera. This little thing is a perfect size and convenient I take it whenever I leave the house just in case! It fits in my bags regardless of size and it’s also very sleek!

I purchased two 5000mAh portable chargers for my and my partners' iPhones. After receiving the chargers, I submitted the information requested by the RORRY company to get an extended warranty for the chargers. After receiving my information, Rorry customer service staff contacted me to get some information about the sale and to see how the charger was working. By then, I had used the 5000mAh chargers on several occasions to charge my iPhone 17 Max Pro. However, the chargers only partially charged the phone (to between 80-90% of full). The customer service reps said that the power banks can only provide a 60-70% charge to a phone because part of a charger's capacity is lost to "circuit heat and voltage conversions." While the 5000 mAh charger can charge an iPhone 15 once, it is unlikely to be able to charge an iPhone 17 Pro Max, which has a larger battery capacity. The customer service reps offered to send me an upgraded charger (D2-10000mAh) that has an enhanced capacity and charging speed. I accepted the 10000mAh charger. It charged the iPhone 17 Pro Max to 100%. However, on some subsequent charges, it charged the phone to less than 100% (low 80s). As the charger was not completely discharged, I removed the phone from the charger and re-attached the two without charging the phone somewhere else and without recharging the charger. Two times when I did this, the phone finished charging to 100%. The RORRY customer service reps suggested that the stopping of charging when using the RORRY charger might be related to having "Optimal battery Charging" turned on. They suggested turning the setting off temporarily to test that theory. I haven't done that yet. The rep also suggested making sure that the charger and phone should be located on a cool, hard surface to ensure proper heat dissipation. That was already being done. Finally, the rep suggested that I should completely discharge the power bank and recharge it again before using it to charge the phone battery to calibrate the charger's battery meter. I haven't done not yet done that either. Lessons learned: 1. Be careful that you choose a charger that was built to charge the battery of the phone you were using. 2. Try the suggestions provided by the customer service reps. I still need to try some of those recommendations. 3. I was very impressed with the support I received from the RORRY customer service rep team. I am often unable to communicate with customer service if I have a problem with a purchase. 4. Also note that the 5000mAh chargers successfully charge my partner's iPhone 14 Pro Max phone with no problems.

We bought this for our son to use as he walks in the park playing Pokémon Go. The life of the battery is great and it charges well. It's nice that it can connect to multiple devices and it's slim and easy to use. I'm sure it works for more adventures than just Pokemon, it seems to be really useful.

I loved this portable charger, and would give it a 5 star review, except for this one little issue that is a huge issue because I can’t use it anymore for my phone . . . I had it on my keyring, which is nice for easy access, and a guarantee I’d always have it, but for my iPhone 13, it didn’t like the charger anymore after Disney! I’m not sure if it was a wet ride, or just out in the rain, but only a month after getting it, it won’t work with my phone anymore. My phone still uses the regular charging cord on here, so not sure about the USB-C cord, but I was so upset about it because I did live it so much!

Cute and compact charger. Charges my phone super fast and I love how it has a clip to attach to my purse or keychain. I recommend to anymore looking for something powerful and compact!

I love this handy charger. It fits in my purse and is readily available. It charges quickly. I have given several as gifts. I love the dual lightning and USC cables built in.

Love this little portable charger. It saved me many times when I went on vacation to Europe. We'd be away and on the road for hours. It is small and compact. I could keep it in my small purse connected to my phone and still use my phone while connected.

The best portable power bank I’ve ever used! It is small enough to fit in your handbag, you can attach it to your bag with your charms, or even add it to your keychain! It’s so lightweight and compact, and can even charge my Apple Watch! It has a USB C, and Lighting cables attached, and a USB C Input/Output. Must have item for content creators, we always need power on the go!

Feb 3 2025 - UPDATED REVIEW: the seller contacted me quickly after I left my review, and they sent me a new portable charger to replace the one that broke! Customer service was amazing and quick, and I requested the purple one as the replacement which they agreed to do, and made my day! :) (when I first ordered it I had no idea there was a purple option) My replacement is working perfectly so far, charges without a problem, all indicator lights work, it charges my devices almost as quickly as plugging it into the wall which is great. It makes my life so much easier not having to worry about my phone dying when I’m out. And the purple is SO freakin cute!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I purchased this in October and it just randomly stopped working. I went to charge it last night and it wouldn’t light up, I tried several different cords and adapters and decided to just leave it for the night hoping it would fix itself, but no such luck :( it worked great at first and it was so convenient to have since I am away from power for most of the day and need to use my phone frequently for my job. I also loved how small it was and that I could clip it to my purse or keys, as well as the ability to charge 3 things at once if I needed. If it didn’t break after a month and a half, I would give this 5 stars. I can’t figure out how to message the sellers to ask for a replacement, but if y’all see this can you send me a replacement please??
