Would this work on waterproof jacket, to close the pockets?

My guess is they would for about a month unless you hardly use the pockets.

Would these stick to felt?

Having used them myself my guess is no but I did use them on running tights and fancy dress costume. I think the material needs to be more smoothlike if that makes sense.

Would this be good for dog harness

I was pleased with them, bought them to secure a fancy dress outfit in place for a half marathon and they worked wonders. I don't they would work on a dog harness though, depends in which way you'll use them though. I don't think the velcro or the glue is strong enough do anything other than light and infrequent use.

Tried these as an alternative for trouser buttons as my child doesn’t like buttons. Unfortunately wasn’t sticky enough to cope with the movements and energy of a 4 yr old. Still would be great for anything else
