Great nori. We used it to make spam musubi and it was perfect. Held up great, and had a good texture and flavor.

I like this brand of nori; the package is bigger, 20 sheets instead of 10, and they are fresh, so no problems with them cracking apart. They're an excellent price since you get twice as many sheets as other brands. I highly recommend this nori!
