Anyone else have an issue with the mic not working on wireless?

What is the size of the inner diameter of the ear cup? I'm trying to figure out if the headset padding will sit on my ear or not.

The inner diameter of the ear cups is approx. 2 1/4"

The xt model says it has bluetooth and rf (i believe), but many say it doesn't, is this false advertisement?
