This is very good product and value for money. Good Material. Design is amazing. Size is absolute. This fan operates with & without lights and this will be add in feature for this I can say, when comes to operation it's smooth and high speed with good air flow. I'll suggest to buy this product.

Overall the fan is great. Saves lot of power consumption. But one Thing it's not a dustprof but compering to regular fans better. After service is also great. But fans reliability is not that upto the mark brand advetises. It started making noise within 11 months.

Good product Terrible Service I have been using Atomberg fans for almost 3 years now. I have no complaints about the performance of the fans. But they start having issues by the end of the warranty period and inevitably, the motherboard has to be changed. That is understandable. But I hope you have access to service engineers easily. I am told they will come within 24 to 72 h and no one gets in touch. At the customer service portal, if you manage to get past the AI agent, the human will tell you someone will call in the next 2 to 3 hours. Good luck having someone reach out. If products are sold pan-India, the company must ensure technical support is also available in equal parts - especially in a scorching hot place like ours where fans are an absolute necessity!!

I purchased the Atomberg Renesa 1200 mm BLDC fan in February 2023. The fan is very quiet compared to a regular ceiling fan and consumes very little electricity, which is its biggest advantage. It also has an LED light, but it is too dim to be useful as a night lamp. The blades are lighter and narrower than those of a conventional fan, so I found the airflow to be weaker than expected. In my case, the PCB failed during use. Thankfully, it was covered under the 3-year warranty, so it was replaced. However, after the warranty period, PCB replacement would be a paid repair, which is something buyers should keep in mind. Overall: Good for silent operation and low power consumption, but I expected better airflow and long-term reliability. Based on my experience, I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars.
