Really nice little washer. Is lightweight and easy to move. Spin cycle gets items nearly dry. Great for single people, small families, college dorms and RV's if having water hook up.

do not waste your money on washer and company. I purchased it in April 2024. I live alone, retired do very little light wash. Around may The machine quit, not draining, when the drum rotated Loud noise occured like when bearings go bad. sent an email to company and Amazon. Never herd from them . I called Amazon customer explained situation thgey said it was out of warranty. Fine WHO BUYS A WASHER THAT LASTS ABOUT A YEAR????? Well they sent the company an email. very poor handling on their part. I followed their suggestions nothing worked seem like the bearing noise was louder. I use bvearing noise cause that's what it sounds in a car. No matter I am cancelling Amazon Prime. Since Amazon wants to put product on their site. They are endorsing Winado the company and product. I am retired live on fixed income did very little wash. Teashirts, jeans is what i wear and probably did 2 washes a month. Always put small amount of clothes to be washed cause i bought a small dryer and did not want to overload it. I looked at company and they at this time had a 68% approval. What does this tell you. Plus there are other companies to purchase from. When I had my small business I bought many items from Amazon fo 20 yrs. AGAIN WHO BUYS AWASHER THT WILL LAST A YEAR. THIS IS A MFG PROBLEM EQUIPMENT USED. Since their are many companies to purchase from. I refuse to deal with companies that don't stand behind thir product NEXT STEP CANCEL AMAZON AND PRIME. NO HOUSE ITEM LIKE WASHER DRYER ETC SHOULD LAST A YEAR!! If they want I will submit a video and I am sure they will look even worse. Poor responsive from Winado do not buy their prod. check reviews

This is an excellent appliance! On the highest load capacity. It uses about 20 gallons of water. It was able to fit 2 jeans and 2 shirts at a time. I live in a apartment and easily connected to kitchen sink. Drain tube is short and has trouble reaching over the counter. Best if raised on lockable Wheel platform. But great performance, lightweight,easy to move. Relatively quiet. Definitely recommend getting a dryer.

I am a family of 4. Living in a apartment complex. We have been here for 2 years and this year with their laundry room. Someone has been stealing mine and my husbands clothes. And it's really frustrating coz someone took 3 pairs of my husbands chef pants well he needs those for work and having to folk out money to get those replaced. Been worried to do laundry in the laundry room at the apts now incase more goes missing. And after looking into portable washers for the last 2 months and deciding what to go for. I wanted the biggest size that we could afford at the time and settled on this 17lbs one. After getting it today. The box size was to be expected. It was heavier than I thought but not impossible to move. I was able to get it out the box without a struggle by myself. The inlet fitted my kitchen faucet which I knew it would. The outlet 'U' bend hook for over the sink doesn't fit it was just on the narrow side needed a wider one to stay in the sink. But I improvised and got it to stay put. Ones I switched on the taps it started filling up after I programmed it in. Loved that the inlet shuts of the water.and starts spinning once the cycle was done the clothes came out well drained. Clothes smell great now hanging up to air dry. I love this washing machine. Just with could afford a bigger size. Even thou this 17lbs hold quite a bit.

As a bachelor, I can fit anything I have to wash in this. The largest item I’ve washed is a queen sized winter blanket. It works well, gets the clothes clean, and the price was right. I am glad I bought it. But, WARNING! Don’t run it at the highest water level unattended. It can overflow and just keep cascading water on your floor until you stop it. I haven’t seen this at any time except when using the highest level of 8 liters water. Honestly, there is little difference between 8 and 7 so I usually just set it for 7 on large loads. It squeaks. DO NOT oil it or lubricate it to eliminate the noise! It results from a braking mechanism which is needed for proper agitation. Oil it and it won’t wash properly, although it might be quieter. You might keep a tube of silicone glue on hand also. The internal drain lines are very, very thin. I had to glue a pinhole leak shut after the first wash. No issues since though. I expect initial issues with Chinese products, so I am still happy with the purchase - it works well.
