I’ve been using Citrulline as part of my pre-workout combo : I mix it with creatine, BCAA, beta-alanine, and EAA , and it works perfectly. I can definitely feel the difference in my workouts , better blood flow, great pump, and improved endurance, especially when I’m training heavy with one warm-up set and two working sets to failure in the 6–12 rep range. Buon prodotto, si scioglie bene basta mescolare energicamente. Le dosi consigliate sono giuste, il sovradosaggio si sopportare bene anche di 5 6 volte superiore. L'effetto inizia dopo 20 minuti e rimane dino 40 e 45 minuti . Almeno a me fa così
