It help a lot with my pair of new heels!

Did the trick in a few pair of my sneakers but not my high tops that I originally bought them for.

I was about to throw away a pair of shoes that I loved the look of them but were hurting the back of my foot. These cushions were perfect not only did they help with the awful arch of the shoes but they match the inside of the shoes, so it just look as part of the sole. I'm glad the package brings light and dark colors. They were easy to adhere and have stayed in place. I have also used them on some other shoes and have worked great on those too. Highly recommend.

OMG these heel pads are the bomb!! I had these really cute shoes with just an absolutely unnatural heel shape (as shown in first pic)! Whose heel goes almost to a point like that?? So of course as soon as I put them on they dug into my heels like they would draw blood after only a few steps! So like any intelligent woman, I declined to return them, because, well, they were on sale and are super cute! So I tried stretching them out, heel tape, and then better quality heel tape, and of course none of that worked. I put these little cushy pads on, and voila! New shoes! New wearable shoes! The cushion in this pad is just the right amount, not too much so that the shoe is too tight, but enough to make even this crazy heel shape conform to my heel. Now these little things are awesome but not magical—these shoes are good to wear for low walking situations (like out to eat and special occasions) but not perhaps all day at the amusement park. I think perhaps if your particular shoes were just a little uncomfortable as opposed to my supremely uncomfortable ones, you might be able to do all day with these. The adhesion was good—they went on easily with only a little difficulty getting them centered, but they are easy to reposition for a little while. Make sure you get the sides of the pad up to the edge of your shoe or the dreaded rubbing may occur! The pads stayed on even with me walking around for a good while and putting the shoes on and off a few times. Whether they will stay on forever, I don’t know for sure, but honestly these pads are inexpensive enough I’ll just put another pair on if they do come off at some point. The set is nice with 6 pairs for a low price, and having both nude and black is great to match most any shoe color. Probably going to buy more of these just to have on hand for any future totally illogical shoe purchases! Now I’m heading to my closet to fix more of my cute but horribly uncomfortable shoes!

I have a super cute pair of loafers that kind of clunked around when I stepped and would also give me blisters along the front and back, where the seems for the shoe opening would rub against my foot. These fixed everything! And the adhesive is fantastic, so the pads don't shift. Now that the shoes fit more securely, they don't clunk when I walk AND they no longer rub red lines into my feet. I expected them to fix the shifting, but I didnt realize that they would fix the other issue as well. It turned my loafers from something I couldn't wear without excruciating pain into a super cute and functional pair of shoes. I 10/10 would buy these again - and plan to, if I ever manage to make it through this pack!

These are great! I have a couple of pairs of shoes that rub against my skin and after a few hours make it impossible to stay in the shoes. I applies these to the shoes and it made it easy to walk around without pain. They stayed in place without sliding off and are soft and comfortable.

These heel cushions are soft. Heel interiors must be semi clean for them to stick and last throughout the life of your shoes. I cleaned mine with rubbing alcohol and let them dry before applying. They give just enough support to help my shoes from being too loose in the back. A favorite of mine!

My wife has been struggling wearing her sandals/heels as many of them hurt her heels/feet. It scratches her heel so much that there is a permanent wound on her feet. Thanks to products like these, they saved her heels now. The cushion is so good that she can now easily walk in her sandals without any pain in her feet.Mistakenly, I ordered a bigger size but it solved the purpose too. I recommend this product to every lady. Just get the right size. :)
