I was so looking forward to receiving this product especially as it was made in Italy - the home of style. The overall look of the product was great and the way the attachments twist into place was also good. However there are a few things that can be improved on. It is very heavy and I struggled to hold it for any length of time as my hair is very thick and long and takes some time to dry. It gets very hot on full power and can burn your head. The buttons need to be in a different place as when holding the handle you have a tendency to either turn it off or change the heat settings. I expected so much more out of this product so generally disappointed.

Lovely hairdryer for curly hair
Fantastic hairdryer, cut my drying time in half, leaves my hair very shiny and not frizzy at all (i have wavy/curly hair)
