Received this product Marched 1st. Because I live in Minnesota, did not use the Grill Rescue untilApril 14th, when I was going to clean the grill. Could not even the wrapping material wrapping off of the item. So I tried to remove the head of product. Figured if I removed the cleaning head, I could get the wrapping off. But the head is impossible to remove. Even though the item is not used, I cannot return, the last day to return was March 31st. DO NOT PURCHAE THIS PRODUCT.

Really enjoying this product. First off this cleans every grill from my smoked grate to my gas grill to my flat top works well on all my applications. You do need to make sure you keep the sponge area wet or it will burn the material. Another great feature is the replaceable brush head as well. Overall nice product and works well.

I love this Grill Brush. I don't think of myself as a "conspiracy theorist" type of guy, but I do know that the grill brushes with stainless steel bristles have let loose a few bristles when I am cleaning with them... A design like this just makes sense.I also use a griddle often outdoors, and I love this design for cleaning a hot griddle.... Kind of reminds me of going to a Teppanyaki restaurant... Seeing them using the heavy cloths to clean their griddles. I do the same with mine. Steam off a lot of the junk...The handle and scraper do seem durable, and I like that I can buy replacement brushes for significantly less money than the brush itself.As a side note, I was surprised to see this with so few reviews... I swear I remember buying another one of these as a gift a while back with the same name. Perhaps this is an updated model... Either way, I recommend it.

The brush is solid, but it didn’t include the black hanger loop as pictured. It’s an additional $10 to buy separately!?!?

difficult to take apartnever able to use it

I had been seeing all the adds for this brush and was excited to get it.My grill is fairly well used, and my grill grates are pretty black. I was hoping this brush would help get them clean again. I soaked the brush in water as I heated up the grill to about 600°. It worked ok, but I quickly realized I would need to use my metal brush first to get most of the crud off and use the grill master for the final cleanup.I have another grill brush with metal bristles that holds water in the handle to create steam as you brush. The steam from both of these brushes helps. But the grill master can’t get in between the grates.I’m thinking this brush would be great on a brand new grill and help keep it from getting caked in grime.I have also used it in my flattop griddle and it does a nice job with that.It’s quite difficult to remove the head to wash it, and I had to Google it for instructions on how to do it. The head came out of the dishwasher cleaner but I would expect to want to replace the head after 5-10 uses.Overall, I’m happy yo have this as part of my grill cleaning arsenal but it’s certainly not the only grill brush you will need.
