Product is fine, install is rough.
2025 HD Sportster S confirmed fit. That said, if you’ve never even changed your own oil before and you’re afraid to bend the top tabs on this ALUMINUM radiator guard, then have someone else do it. It’s not a product fault, it’s how tight this bike is put together. If you need the sense of accomplishment, right on, and good luck. Instructions since nobody else did: 0- keep track of which bolt came from where as a few are different. 1- remove lower front cover (3 bolts out). 2- remove both lower from side cover (just front 2 bolts out). 3- remove both side radiator covers (2 bolts each). 4- remove radiator top 2 bolts. 5- tilt top of radiator forward slightly and lift R side of radiator out of bottom retainer. 6- fight the L side of radiator out of the bottom retainer until you can slip the radiator guard on both rubbers. 7- put it all back together. Getting the radiator back in place and getting the top 2 radiator bolts in was the hardest part and for me, bending the L aluminum tab was required to get the bolt to thread. Good job, you!
