THE MOST BEAUTIFUL HAIR EXTENSIONS!! 🌟
I recently purchased 3 packs of the 22 inch tape-in extensions in shade platinum blonde and am OBSESSED!! This is my third order from googoo hair and I am absolutely in love with them! I have tried various brands and types of extensions ( hand tied - clip ins - tape ins) over the past few years, I can confidently say that these are by far the best I've ever used. The quality of the hair is outstanding and so consistent every single time I have placed an order! The texture is silky / smooth and they have a very natural shine that doesn't look artificial at all. I've received so many compliments on my hair and they are always shocked when I tell them that I'm wearing extensions! I been wearing these extensions for a little over a month and they still look brand new. They don't tangle easily and hold up well to heat styling. I have curled, straightened & blown out my hair almost daily since installing my new hair & they still look amazing! The installation process is quick & easy! The tapes are sturdy / secure and stay in place all day without causing any damage to my natural hair or any discomfort throughout the day! I have placed my tape ins a little different each time I have installed them to blend my hair with the extensions for more length/ volume while still looking very natural! The customer service is INCREDIBLE. The seller is responsive and helpful, answering all of my questions & providing useful tips for installing/ maintaining the extensions. The product arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged!! These extensions are worth every penny!! These extensions are truly salon quality, I've spent more on lower-quality extensions in the past & am so happy I found a product that delivers even better results without breaking the bank. I could not be happier with my purchase. These hair extensions have exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would definitely recommend these extensions to anyone! They have truly transformed my look and boosted my confidence! 🤍

Soft, Thick, and Blend Beautifully
These GOO GOO tape-in extensions are great quality for the price. The hair is very soft, smooth, and feels natural. The thickness is good from top to bottom and they blend really well with my natural hair. The color is beautiful and matches perfectly. The tape is strong and stays in place, but still easy to remove when needed. They style well, hold curls, and straighten nicely without tangling. There is very little shedding and no weird smell. For the price, these are excellent extensions and I would definitely buy them again.

Great quality and takes color great!
This is my first time with this brand. I purchased 18in platinum and put color on them. They came in silky smooth. I washed them once before applying the color and noticed they aren't as pin straight (the photo with them in is after sleeping with it braided) but they were still in great shape. I applied pravana wild orchid and violet direct dye and did a 50/50 direct dye mixed with conditioner on the ends (for the pink). The color took really well. So far, I can't comment about the taps as I haven't had them in very long. I usually move them up after 5 weeks (due to my natural hair growth speed) so I will see if they hold up that long or if any get loose. Installed Sept 12 and Update as of Nov 25. So... I am going to drop 1 star off the 5 star rating. The reason for that is the longevity of them. I have used a few different brands before and I would say this brand gets tangled easily and often. Which is a shame and has caused more damage to them over time. I think they lasted very well up to around week 4-5 for me. They didnt fall out, the tapes held very well, and came out easily for me. I removed and reinstalled them at week 5 and over time the hair has progressively gotten dryer, tangles more easily, and has alot of breakage. Lighter (bleached) colors will suffer more damage due to the process to get them that color and not hold up as well... so there is that. I myself have not used any of the darker colors though to see if there is a difference for this brand. Please keep in mind, depending on how you take care of the hair will effect your own experience. Some hair may last longer or shorter. This is just my own experience with how I personally manage my extensions. All of that in mind... $50 a pack for 18-20in is still a good buy compared to the higher dollar brands. I bought 2 packs for what I needed and have had these in for 10 weeks so far. I am just now thinking about buying a new pack to change up the color. $100 for 10-11 weeks is by far WAY cheaper then when I was at a salon. They are still good enough to probably go one more time (up to week 15) but I will not be doing that because the hair color is still holding pretty well and I don't think the hair would survive being bleached. I would still recommend this brand.

!LICENSED HAIRDRESSER REVIEW!
Read this all, if you are really serious about buying from this brand. I bought a total of 5 packs! I have medium thickness hair, that is fine in texture. I have a layered haircut, with my natural length laying around 15” long. So I got 1 pack 18” (top most section) 2 packs of 22” (middle sections), and 2 packs of 24” for the bottom sections. My biggest tip is if you have layers, or one length hair laying just above “the girls” you won’t blend straight into just 22” of hair, no matter the amount you put in. Get more than 1 length. Give your hair movement, and a better blend! (Shortest extensions on the highest points of your head!) Overall, I was pretty happy with the results I got. Tapes are great quality, hair lasted me two months of legit wear, none slipped out, they blended well, did not shed hardly at all (until the end of month two.. you’ll read why.) however, it says they come with lashes? Out of 5 packs none came with that.. but whatever lol. They gave me that longhair confidence we look for when getting extensions! READ THE REST FOR MY FULL THOUGHTS. IMPORTANT. HAIR QUALITY: Straight out of the box, the hair is silky, smooth, & shiny. Visually, at first glance they are great, I was impressed actually. However, once you wash your hair, just once, you’ll never see or feel that softness again without a great deal of oiling & product maintenance to prevent the hair from frizzing too bad. It felt like opening the cheap eyeshadow pallets that look beautiful, but have oversprays to make them more visually appealing. But we all know one swipe of that “glitter” and now it’s just a shade with no glitter. Kinda false advertising. However, that leads me to my next issue, once washed, the REAL texture of the hair becomes present. I did not read or see anywhere these were naturally curly. So I was a bit shocked when going to dry the hair and saw literal curls. That being said, the quality went down for me as while the literal hair quality might've been okay, I do not myself have that texture, so I HAD to apply heat way more than I’d planned on, in order for it to look okay. Now, while straightening isn’t the hardest thing ever, two hair textures don’t blend physically. And what I mean by that is my natural hair is fine, more silky soft and doesn’t like to hold curl, while the extension hair has a more course texture to it. (Doesn’t mean bad quality! Just not close to my own hair type.) when straightened, it visually looked the same, but felt how course curly hair would straightened, like straight course hair. The hair started splitting, tangling and was no longer smooth as a result. That one thing made my time using these more difficult than it should’ve been, and resulted in the hair getting pretty beat up by the end of month two after a second instal. Had my own hair been the same wave pattern, I’m sure without a doubt I’d have given these 4-5 starts for sure. That’s a big deal when getting extensions, so I’m taking two stars off, as a result of difficulty with maintenance and styling, due to the sellers leaving out information like that. INSTALL/REMOVAL: This part depends on the person. For me, it took about 2-3 hours to put them all in by myself. If you’ve never done tape ins before, it is SO IMPORTANT to take your time to properly section and place tape ins. If you try to zip through, mistakes can result in !hair loss! The tapes they come with are great quality. They held up for an entire month before I removed and moved them up. No complaints there on tape quality. For removal, BUY legit tape in remover, do not nickel & dime around and use isopropyl alcohol. Your just prolonging the removal, as well as the tape on these will come apart from that, but only after the adhesive comes off the tape and sticks to your hands and anything else around it after touched by isopropyl. It took my two days to take them out myself that way, I hella don’t recommend. Tape in spray remover took me all of 20minutes on my second removal. Pro tip:if the adhesive from the tape does get sticky on your hands and you can’t get the tape off the extension…use BABY POWDER. You’ll thank me later. While installing, Once you put the two tapes together, it is EXTREMELY difficult to pull them apart to fix placement if you accidentally get hair from a section above or below its own. This happened with a few on my first instal and it was rather painful. It can cause hair loss, from hairs being pulled and not being able to move properly. Tape ins are great but they require maaad patience and proper sectioning. My second instal I took more time and no random hairs caught into the tapes from other sections. When you lay down you shouldn’t feel them much, they shouldn’t hurt, tug or pull. I wore these for two months and longevity wise they lasted those two months! But only because of my prior statement of HAIR quality, I could reinstall again, but they need a haircut at this point. MAINTENANCE/WEAR: Alright, so this part depends on the texture you receive lmao! Like I stated, the hair itself wasn’t bad. But the quality of the upfront information given is kinda bad. My extensions were shown as straight, but once washed, had curl. These are human hair, so, it’s not by any of my own doing. If hair is wet and curls, it’s not STRAIGHT HAIR. SO, for something that I would’ve given a great review for, unfortunately for my own experience these are okay. I’d still buy these over any extensions from sally beauty. Maintenance for me was rather hard in order to keep the hair in good shape per this company’s instructions. Trying to upkeep hair so different than your own, along WITH your own at the same time is difficult. Too many different products needed to realistically maintain. Had to buy curly products to keep the hair properly moisturized, HAVING to blow dry curly hair straight, to then smooth down with a straightner to match my own, it’s impossible to keep the hair looking and feeling nice. Sensory is HUGE for me, and the course texture started tangling towards the end of month 2, and brushing it out was driving me up the wall so I ended up removing them for good. However, if the hair doesn’t end up curly for you, I believe these are very decent for their price, considering legit professional tape in extension brands can cost upwards of 300$ for ONE PACK. That in mind, I’d approve, with the expectation that you’ll NEED to do your hair. Like, need, not want. Oh, and blow drying will not take 10 minutes. It’ll take a solid 40min to properly all dry. Keep that in mind too. Time to get ready AFTER they’re in your head. It’s some work, but if you’re like me and willing and wanting the long hair, you’ll be fine!

Must buy excellent quality great for baby fine hair excellent price easy install
Super easy to install gorgeous the color match is spot on the length is actually too long, which makes me super happy because I can blend it and they go in so easily you can’t tell with my baby fine short layered hair and so far I only have of the two packs that I purchased About half of one pack and a third of the other so they are going to give me a beautiful head of a very long, blonde multicolored hair that perfectly matches my hair and clean beautifully quality is exceptional. They arrived quickly are incredibly easy to install and are in excellent shape, perfect for fine haired people who are looking for a long-term or permanent, semi permanent solution for length volume and fullness as my hair is barely to my shoulders and layered, and with the few packs that I have put in so far, my hair is to my mid back and it is impossible to tell that it is layered as happily as it is that, it is fine as it is that my alopecia even exist And I cannot wait to trim it and style it once they have set for the prerequisite 24 to 48 hours what I do know is that when they are wet, they become wavy which is wonderful as I have what is called Irish hair so my hair is partially wavy And the wavy texture means that not only does it hold curl but it also blends in really really well, I love these. I wish I had known about them sooner excellent thing for your back my recommendation is to actually go with multiple links along with multiple colors.

A bit of work but worth it!
I’ve ordered a lot of hair extensions over the years but I keep coming back to this brand. I’ll lay out the journey, some tips about how/why, and just general facts about this specific product (tape in). First, if you are new to extensions I’d recommend starting with clip-ins. They are simple, easy in and out, and allow you to feel out how comfortable you are with the extra weight and placement. You also get to experiment with colors. Next—how did I get here? Well, I hate rolling the dice on expensive dye jobs at the salon. So, I go with a simple 1-2 color professional job and then play around with different colors. I learned that while sometimes I like red, I get tired of it quickly, so this is a game changer. Plus, the extra hair is gorgeous, you will really notice a difference in how full and long your looks when you pop in this brand. Speaking of the “brand”—these are good extensions. I’ve washed them, styled them with all sorts of products and hot tools, and they are all still in good shape. They also blend very well and I don’t think I’ll ever run out of colors. Finally, drum roll, making that move to tape in style extensions. Definitely know that it’s a process; it’s going to take some time and a little experimenting on placement. You start with a length that’s close so you don’t have to do a lot of trimming. Remember—these are going to last weeks and grow with your hair—so placement is important. Next, watch some online videos and get ready for a 1-2 hour commitment. You are basically adhering these to your natural hair and they are staying until you manually remove them (you can buy the removal stuff or drench them with coconut oil for a few minutes). Finally, enjoy how much more body and hair you have that you don’t have to clip in or out! So, to summarize for the tape in style: Pros: -semi permanent, sleep in, no worries -tons of cool colors you wear for weeks -way less pricey than a salon -you can add as much body and color wherever you want -when you get skilled you will not see these and they will be just like your normal hair Cons: -not necessarily for newbies -you have to be careful during the application (you’re basically using a flat iron to get the adhesive to melt on to your natural hair) -you will not be brushing your hair from the scalp down (if that’s a thing you enjoy) -you can’t change the color daily -pulling your hair up can be a bit tricky so ensure you are thinking about placement—is appropriate and not visible—if you like pony tails or other up-dos Overall, these are an amazing alternative to expensive extensions that will give you a lot of freedom and control over your hair!

UPDATED!! From 2 Star to 4 Star
UPDATE: So, I'll leave my original review for comparison. The customer service from GooGoo took the initiative to reach out to me after my review and offered a few solutions. One of which was to receive replacements. I chose this option as I really liked the color and feel of the hair. It honestly has an AMAZING first impression. However if you read the previous review I made, you'll know that once installed I felt the hair was too thin... I received full replacements for my original order, the shipping was fast, but I had already installed another brand of extensions while I waited (which is the reason for a delay in update). I was really impressed with the customer service, really glad that they wanted to make it right. The extensions were packaged similar as before with lashes and spare tape. The hair itself, again, makes a wonderful first impression. The color match is perfect for me, the hair silky and soft. I DID weigh the bundles and they were all 50g. So that's on point. There are meant to be 20 tapes per pack. My 14" pack had 20 tapes, my 16" had 21 tapes, and my 18" pack had 22 tapes. That's not really a complaint, but noteworthy, I suppose. I do feel the adhesive is not perfect, but honestly I feel this way about all brands of extensions. Highly recommend buying your own tape. So, the important part...After install, I am much happier with these extensions. Three packs gives me natural fullness and for whatever reason this set seems to be thicker than the last! I typically run my tape ins for 6-8wks and will update after some wear. :) ORIGINAL REVIEW: I wanted to love these extensions, really. These extensions seem to have quite a few mixed reviews. I decided to give them a try....to be honest I'm a little disappointed... The packaging was fine, everything was sealed and well kept. I also got free lashes with each pack and that was an amazing touch. They send spare tapes and care instructions as well. My first impressions of the hair were really good. It's soft and silky, the color match for my hair was perfect, the weft itself is nice and slender compared to a lot of other tape in brands. The disappointment happened after I started applying the extensions, it seems that the adhesive isn't the best, but that's something you can change out if you need, I'd buy my own tape if you're getting these. The sandwiches were coming apart almost immediately, I've never had that happen before. The other huge disappointment is how thin the hair is. I am going for length, so I typically buy 3 50g packs of 14", 16", and 18" from another brand and it makes my hair the right thickness...these extensions seems so so so thin. They also had 1 unmatched weft in each pack which is odd... and I know some people are like, "well that's nice, they included and extra!" But if we're going for overall volume and weight, that's means that there is hair that will go unused (meaning part of that 50g), unless you prefer cutting your wefts. I'm hoping I got a bad set, but tbh I'm not sure I'll buy again....who knows.
