I absolutely love the lyforx 14pcs Big Fat Pens Aids Writing set. These pens have truly made a difference for me because I have psoriatic arthritis, which affects the joints in my hands and makes it very difficult and painful for me to write with a normal pen. The larger, thicker design makes them so much easier and more comfortable to grip without putting extra strain on my fingers and joints. I was pleasantly surprised at how lightweight yet sturdy they feel, and the writing experience is much smoother for me now. These pens have helped me regain some comfort and independence when writing notes, signing documents, or even just journaling. I have Essential Tremors and this was recommended to me by a nurse. These pens come in 1 blue and 1 black with 6 ink refills for both colors. The pens are wide with rubber grip on the bottom so the pen does not slip out of your hand. They come with a nice long neck cord so you don't lose it. (I like that feature as I am always losing my pen.) They were a little over $8.00 so I thought that was decent for 2 pens and 12 ink refills. They work well and my signature is better than before. I would by again and I recommend these to someone with tremors or no tremors. Very comfortable.

The appearance of these pens are quite fine. I might even venture to say that they are cute. It has also helped to preserve my dignity as my RA is making it more difficult for me to grasp pens. The only drawback has been how quickly the ink finishes.

These are very helpful with my essential tremor in my dominant hand. My then scribbles are now legible!

I bought these pens for my father who has arthritis. Initially, they were great as the size and have to make it much easier for him to write however, when he drop them which you do when you have arthritis, the pen breaks open and he’s unable to put it back together, rendering it useless. I wanted to love these as they seemed like a great solution, but we’ll have to keep search

These pens are wonderful! They make it much easier for someone with arthritis in the fingers to hold the pen. They write well with good ink flow and are well made.
