Darn Tough Tactical Boot Full Cushion Socks (T4022) Unisex

Darn Tough socks are the only socks that I wear. The merino is soft and durable. I like the cushion of these tactical socks. I wear them pretty much during all of the colder months and also on hikes. They keep my feet cool and dry when hot and nice and warm when the temperatures are chilly. I wash them in the washer using wool friendly detergent and hang them to dry. When they start to pill, I have a merino wool comb that I use to remove the pilling and they look almost like new again. I have some pairs of these particular socks that have lasted me 5 years now. Totally worth the $

My husband loves these socks very comfortable. I got him all the three colors . they keep his feet warm when he goes for winter fishing. One of the few items still made in USA.

These are AMAZING. If you want super thick go with the 4033 instead. These things are a game changer. Work great with my JK boots and make my Hey Dudes feel like real shoes. Only down side you won't want to were any other socks and you will buy more. Worth the money!!

I took one of these these on 2 of the most intense week long hiking trips I’ve ever been on and in both of these trips they not only kept me warm in the colder nights but they didn’t overheat my feet in the hot day. They also helped me to avoid blisters I commonly get, and kept me semi dry in a torrential down pour. Didn’t fall apart at all, fit perfectly, and was totally worth my money. The only hiking socks I will ever buy.

By far these socks beats every socks I have ever bought. It’s the perfect thickness for duty boots, work boots and athletic shoes. Extremely soft and best if you have Plantar fasciitis, good heel softness.

Albeit, I’ve only had my two pair for about a week but my initial review is, “these socks are freaking OUTSTANDING!” I keep them up and away from the puppy, however they may replace them if she were to rip or try ripping them apart.. lol. I’m not taking the chance though. I’m prone to blisters on my feet. So, I wore these socks power washing my deck and concrete. My Blackhawk boots that I paired them with are not waterproof. The boots were pretty soaked once I was finished. However, I didn’t change them and immediately started push mowing an acre of grass. My feet never felt wet and I didn’t get a single hotspot. Keep in mind that I wore my same boots with military issue wool socks just mowing and weed whacking about two weeks prior and got a big ole nasty blister on my heal. I put in anywhere from 4-6 hours of work when I’m working around the house. Preliminary find are very favorable and I would recommend these to anyone. If they continue to preform like this for the rest of my life, the cost of a pair of these will far outweigh the cost of the blister bandaids that I would have used! I love the fact that they are made in the USA. Coincidentally, our vacation in 2022 will take us within seventy miles of their production and factory outlet! My family and I are taking a day to visit the factory and outlet store after we finish our Ben & Jerry’s factory tour.. lol. The wide variety of designs and types of socks that they make coupled with a lifetime guarantee and being made in the USA, makes me start having a sort of bromance with the Darn Tough company. I will buy every family member who attends the factory tour with me one pair of their favorite socks..lol! My children are grown and can afford their own socks but like I said, I’m having a bromance with this company and the socks are, “On Me!” Get yourself at least one pair and give them a test drive. Worst thing that can happen is that you won’t like them but with the lifetime guarantee, you can gift them to a friend...nuff said.

Disappointed — finally made the swap to these from 1000 mile socks. One shift in… hole in the sock. Knee I should do stayed with 1000 mile
