Excellent part pack. Adds a pop of colour to your party and reasonably priced! I found the paper pom-poms took some practise and they seemed to look better the more I did!

I was very impressed with the pack for my daughters birthday. Pom-poms were fairly easy to assemble and colours were bright and pretty. Would highly recommend.

I wasn't expecting to have to assemble the Happy Birthday banner myself from scratch.I knew I'd have to assemble the pompoms from other reviews but the instructions were very vague and I had to give up after making two successfully and making a mess of another two.It is very, very cheap, but it takes quite a long time time to try and put everything together. Fine if you like doing that sort of thing and have the spare time to construct the decorations, but if not I'd look elsewhere.

Looks lovely up, not as bright as photos, only down side the ribbon is not long enough to hang happy birthday, we only got happy out of it.
