Worth the price
I like how it is rechargeable without needing to constantly be connected the USB charger. It is an easy way to get exercise and have fun at the same time. Kids love it!

Kinda fun!
I ordered the boxing machine to help me add a little more movement to my day. It certainly works for that and is fun for me -- a middle-aged lady with no boxing experience -- to use on work-from-home days between meetings. As other reviewers have said, the lack of volume control is a real design flaw, and the quality of the speaker is poor. To improve the experience, I put black electrical tape over the speaker to muffle the volume (blends nicely!), and I play my music on my phone rather than through the bluetooth speaker.

Was expecting a better piece of equipment for training. Maybe for younger or lighter weight divisions. I’d say 8-14 year olds might like it

Great for Cardio an mobility
The media could not be loaded. I was looking for something to get my mobility an heart rate up an this works great an the lights gives me something to focus on when I get tired. The lights tell tell you where to hit it. reminded me of the game Simon an theres multiple modes. You can hook it up to your cell phone using blue tooth. Took me no time to set it up.
