Inside the capsules, you'll find simple black seed powder, which is essentially ground-up black seeds. Considering this, the value isn't the best, as black seeds can be bought in packets at a much lower cost. However, if you want to avoid the taste of black seeds, these capsules offer a convenient alternative. Just be aware that there's still a strong smell from the tube when you open it.
