I bought this castor oil and another one. This one is definitely the truth. I just wish it came in a bigger bottle. I would order a huge bottle and wrap up like a burrito every day.!!

One thing don’t try and put this on your eyelashes unless you want to have really stingy eyes all day. Idk if it’s making my eyebrows fuller bc I’m afraid to use it unless I’m taking a shower that night cause it’s really goopy and sticky and if my hair touches my eyebrows with that on them, it’s ugh. Time to wash hair.

I recently had the chance to help my wife try out the 'YogerYou Jamaica Organic Black Castor Oil' as a substitute for her usual Argan oil, especially after her Balayage treatment left her hair feeling brittle, dull, and dry. We didnt following the bottle's instructions in terms of usage as my wife has long hair - instead , we used about 15-20 drops, which seemed sufficient to thoroughly massage through her hair and scalp, paying particular attention to the ends. Although the oil feels a bit sticky on the hands, there's no noticeable smell, which is a plus for those sensitive to fragrances. Upon application, there's an immediate visual improvement – the hair gains a noticeable sheen, but thankfully, it doesn't look greasy. Combining the application with brushing was a smart move, as it helped spread the castor oil more evenly across her hair. After just one use, we observed that her hair looked less dull and seemed to have more body. We're planning another application tonight to continue the treatment. While the oil is also suitable for skin use, we've focused solely on addressing her hair's needs. In short, YogerYou Jamaica Organic Black Castor Oil seems like a solid choice for reviving dry, damaged, or colour-treated hair. It's easy to apply and doesn't leave an overpowering scent or excessive stickiness. Wrapping up, at around £15 for a 100ml bottle, this castor oil seems to offer good value. Considering its effectiveness and the fact that a little goes a long way, it should last a good few months. This is my first foray into using Castor Oil so cannot really compare it to other brands. At the original asking price of £15 per bottle it did seems a little expensive but currently the price has been dropped to £10.91 with a 50% off voucher making it £5.45 per bottle which to me is excellent value. The bottle comes complete with eyebrow and eyelash brushes which is a nice touch. The oil is thick and seems like good quality, however this means that a lot of oil sticks to the outside of the pipette when removed from the bottle so you have to be careful as this will run down and drip off the pipette and make a right mess if you are not paying attention (been there, done that). The oil is fragrance free, which for me is a good thing but has a faint nutty aroma if you put your nose up to it when applied to your skin. It's early days so I can't comment if it has made my eyebrows thicker but overall I think this is a nice product and well worth the current reduced asking price.

I read information on t'internet and found that cold pressed castor oil, which is hexane free, is the best to use for skin and even aches and pains etc. Seems to work too! I've been applying this in the evening on a patch of dry skin and on a neck pain I suffer, and it's softened the skin helping it to heal and has even reduced overnight neck pain! I've been quite surprised about it as I was a bit sceptical to start with. It's quite thick in consistency but does absorb quite well, though not as quick as some moisturisers do, but it's ok. I've even thought about using one of those pad you can get, to keep some oil in place while it soaks into the skin. Apparently that can help with its effects? Either way, it might not a total miracle cure but I have to admit it's had an effect on my skin and the aches & pains I get. Could be a combination of the massage effect coupled with what the oil does, I guess time will tell in the long run! Overall quite pleased with it, and for just over a tenner for 100ml it's priced well as it'll go a long way.

The benefits of castor oil are well known or at least should be. The wife uses this for her hair as its become quite thin as shes gotten older. This has brought her back to her glory days with a big bushy mop of hair now. SHe loves this product. Only downside is theres more hair stuck in the shower trap now for me to clean! hah
