Charging Adapter for LG V60 Dual Screen Cover Case, Magnetic Cable for for LG V60 thinQ(Black)

Seems to work great so far. Not really that fond of the magnetic charging and not sure why LG couldn't have just kept a standard USB type C port but oh well. It does it job and charges the phone with the 2nd screen attached. Do like that it came with both a cable and an adapter. Just hard to always have one of them available for charging whereas I could borrow a type c charger from pretty much everyone.

What a deal! This magnetic charge adapter for the LG V60 dual screen comes with two (2) adapters. One is attached to a USB C charging cord and a second adapter with magnetic adapter that you can use with a separate USB C cord. Both work great. See picture of both adapters attached. First picture shows magnetic side of both adapters. Second picture shows magnetic side on USB C cord and back side of adapter you can plug into a separate USB C cord. At $17.99 these magnetic adapters are a steel.

Original Review: This cable was very well packaged (nice hard card stock box), and the cable itself seems well made. However, when I try to charge my LG v60 in the dual screen case with this cable I am treated to the sound ding the phone makes when it's plugged in and the ding it makes when it's unplugged over & over again. I have an original LG adapter which works fine, so I can only conclude it's the cable that's not working. It's a shame as this cable is actually well made. Update (nov 2024): The seller reached out to me and offered to ship out a second cable at no expense. The second cable works great so it seems I just had bad luck. Kudos to the vendor for standing behind their product!

This product is great value, a magnetic adapter for USB-C and a corded magnet for half the cost of a branded V60 adapter. The adapter has had no issues. But the cord version failer after a month of gentle use. It worked great out of box but recently started only providing normal speed charge and not "fast charge". After a week of that it stopped providing any meaningful charge and the phone shows and error to use the official charger. If you're just buying for the USB-C adapter, it's still a good value but don't count on the corded version working long term.

You get two for less than $20. You get one adapter and one full corded charger. My only gripe is that the corded charger only works in one direction. So you must make sure you plug it in correctly. Other than that everything works great!

This set of dual adapters for the LG V60 dual phone case is exceptional quality and immediately goes to work charging the proprietary connector for the dual screen case. The first connector is identical to the one that comes with the original case and the second connector includes a USB-C cable built right in. You get both for less than the price of the single LG connector purchased alone. Great deal!

Doesn't work

A definitely needed item thank you for my LG dual screen phone

Bought this, but it does not last more than several months,, will not fast charge my v60 after several months, expect to buy 2 or 3 a year. The corded plug only seems to discharge my battery in house or in car, waste of money honestly

The cable was damaged the first time I returned it. This second time, the cable plugged in showed it was connected but after two hours it did not raise the charge level of the phone. I am really stuck here now without a good way to charge my phone until I can get something that works because the phone without the housing, has a loose charge connection because the phone is getting old.

I bought it so that way I could put it inside of my travel bag even though I don't go to too many places so I was not able to use it much and come to find out every time I have had to use it it either doesn't work correctly or overheats Maybe it's partly broken and I need to get another one but I don't know what to do.
