The Best
I’ve tried at least 10 different Salsa Machas. This is the best by far. My only issue is the price. That being said if you want the best Salsa Macha try this. .

Perfect Heat and Flavor - Don't Change Don Pepe Don't change
Sauce was really good. Only lasted a week and half at my house, family killed it. Heat level is percent, great to pair with some eggs in the morning for some tacos!

Tasty, but not overly hot. The quality of the ingredients is good. They are great with eggs

Not impressed
Taste kind of like al pastor a little, about all I can say. No real flavor at all. Not sure whats in it, but the bits are like wood chips. Not very fun to eat that portion, I'd stick to just using the oil itself. Wouldn't buy again.

Flavorful and spicy, but watch out for the almond slices
Been looking for a flavorful salsa with roasted or dried hatch chiles since Costco stopped selling Vida dried chile salsa a bit over a year ago. Flavor and spice-wise, the texture is different but the flavor is close (I've been trying several salsas and this was the closest I've found). The only negative are the slivered almonds and almond chunks that were not expected and quite hard. Strained the salsa and got most of the almonds out, but not expected.

Quality Chipotle Morita Chili powder!
The recent flavor change is apparent, the product now tastes oily with low to minimal content of Morita chili powder. The heat level has increased slightly possibly to conceal the low chili content flavor. So BUMMED, but its still good. Hands down this WAS the best quality morita chili salsa on the market, now its just OK. I hope they go back to their original recipe.

Let your taste buds dance
This could be the best example of Mexican macha. Very complex mix of flavors. Just read the list of ingredients to get an idea. You can add this salsa to just about any food. Make a simple dish like rice or eggs explode with flavor that will take you on a magical culinary journey.
