At first couldn't figure out why they didn't work. But, figured out it was my user error. I didn't have them turned on. Read the instructions! Work well. No nicks. Close shave. Partner used them for private areas and worked great! Little hair pulling, but much less than the last cheap razor tool.

Works as advertised seems to cut just fine body is round and if your hands are wet it's a little slick also plastic attachments guards are a little sharp they'll probably wear down over time I mean for under $20 what can you expect question whether ceramic cutting blades will last if you hit anything but hair I got a feeling they'll shatter

Good for a simple edge up

I don't know how this thing could have so many glowing five star reviews. Yes, it is a solid feeling and nicely designed product. However, it is advertised as a manscaping device, and the first time I used this to do some manscaping I finished looking like I went wading in a pool full of starved piranhas. Multiple bloody nicks and razor burn. Yes, it did give me a nice close trim, but it also left me bloody and sore. You'd better with a razor and shaving cream. It's a real shame because I wanted to like this product. I'll keep it as a nose and ear trimmer, but I'm not sure I'm putting it anywhere near my tender bits again. Also, it's not quiet as other people claim. It seemed rather loud to me. So, nice build quality but doesn't do what it claims to do, which is allow you to manscape without cutting yourself up. It nicked me at least 8 or 9 times, good bloody nicks, and let's be honest, that's not a lot of surface area to have THAT many nicks and cuts. Thing bites like an angry chihuahua.
