I hardly ever leave reviews. However, if I could give this lotion a six star rating - I would! First - I don’t have eczema or psoriasis. I wouldn’t even say I have sensitive skin. However, I did get a rash all over my entire legs after a reaction to something. There were small red bumps all over my legs that burned and itched like crazy! I was using over the counter creams and sprays but nothing helped! I dislike using chemicals or medication, but I was really uncomfortable and ready to get something from my doctor. I decided to look on Amazon for a more natural remedy and came across this cream and decided to give it a try. I like that is was all natural, organic, and made here in the US. As soon as I got it in the mail, I put the lotion on. I didn’t try a test spot because I was so desperate for relief!! Within two minutes of applying, the burning sensation went away. Within 5 minutes, my legs stopped itching! I woke up the next morning and the redness was at least reduced by 50%! I applied the cream again that morning and the itching immediately went away. Within 3 days the rash was completely gone! I was blown away. I wish I had taken pictures. Here is what you need to know: 1. People complained about it smelling too strongly on sandlewood. I can only smell the peppermint and a little lavender. It isn’t over-powering. I think it smells nice and the scent would work for men and women. 2. A little goes a long way! You don’t need to use a lot like commercial lotions. And your skin will be so soft! 3. It works even better if you apply right after the shower when your legs are still slightly damp. And you need even less lotion! This stuff is amazing! Really! I am buying another one now because I like it now just as a daily lotion. It is worth a try :)

My hands have long time issues - small blisters, itchy like hell... I've tried a lot of ointment, I mean.. a lot and some of them might ease the situation a little bit but never do the real job. Came across this on Amazon and with all the good reviews I'm skeptical at first (after trying so many different products) and also hesitated too because this cream costs over $20 (not usually the amount I would spend on just hand ointment). But let me tell you, magic did happen. It's like I've found the love of my life after using this cream. It has helped sooth a lot of my itchiness and my hands have healed so so much I couldn't believe it. I have had nights with my hands so itchy that kept me awake and applying this gives me fast relief in less than 5 minutes. I use this usually once a day (after shower at night) and sometimes after I've got my hands wet after doing housework. I only use a thin layer. Smell is a little strong, almost like a minty scent but it's not disturbing. Once a while I still have blisters (simply because I'm lazy and not putting on gloves when washing dishes) but after I use the cream it gives me instant relief and hands usually heal after a few days. So always protect your hands by wearing gloves when you come in contact with things that might cause irritation and use this hand cream as a daily moisturizer. It's as good as it is. Please do not discontinue this cream for any reason because I'll be so scared to find another one as good as this.

Nice product. It has a mild pleasant smell. It does help calm my skin when they get itchy. It improves healing too. My hands will have flare ups but by using the cream 2x each a day. It has reduced how often I experience flare ups and how bad the flare ups are. I used to get groups of painful, itchy blisters on my fingers and thumb. I wanted to try something natural before getting a prescription for steroid cream. There are other creams that work just as good but don't react well to sweating. I have a citrus lotion that makes my hands smell like ammonia if I work and sweat with it on. This cream is more pricy but works well even if you work and sweat with it on. FYI I'm a Lead Mechanic. I need to wear strong latex gloves most of the day. I have a routine. I rub the cream on both hands. Slip on a pair of thin cotton gloves. Then put the latex gloves on over the cotton gloves. Yes it is inconvenient but it beats the pain I was in.

I've been using this for just over a month now for a patch of psoriasis on my scalp. I was looking for an alternative to the steroid goo I was prescribed. This does not work as well as the prescription did, however I am still very pleased with this purchase. I use it at night before bed and rinse it off in the shower in the morning. I haven't noticed a residue on my pillow (as with the topical steroid) and I personally find the smell to be pleasant. (It's earthy and minty. If you like rosemary and eucalyptus, you probably won't mind this). It isn't nearly as greasy as the steroid either, but it does get in my hair because of where my psoriasis is, which is why I prefer to use it at night. It relieved the itch immediately (My first night). It does have a weird thing where after the immediate relief, it will suddenly itch A LOT, but in a few minutes that passes and I'm fine for the rest of the night. My flaking and itching overall has been greatly reduced. I can't say it is perfect, but I still prefer this to hassle of the steroid. I use it almost every night (some nights I forget because there's so little itching anymore) A little goes a long way, I'm not even halfway through the jar. I hope this information helps someone looking for a solution like I was.

I bought this cream about a month ago. And I would not call what I have a cream. It is too hard for that. I’m sure it works well but it’s very inconvenient to put on. I have to kind of smoosh it up and then rub it on. I will not be buying it again

I didn't want to submit a review too soon, so this is coming into the second week of me using this product on my 9yr old's face. Before this, we were subjected to using the 2.5% Hydrocortisone cream prescribed by her Allergist which we've used for 3 years now and the effect wore off. It actually started making the outbreaks worse and began taking the pigment out of her skin! When we received this cream, I was skeptical because of some of the reviews said the smell was too strong, but she actually loves the peppermint fragrance and the tingling sensation that occurs. It is working wonders on clearing up, moisturizing and bringing back her skin pigment! It's a daily routine and I even send her to school with some in a vial to apply during the day. She says "Mom, I love you. Thank you so much for this cream! My face is getting smoother and my color is coming back!" We haven't quite figured out what it is that she's allergic to, but this cream is zapping it and giving my daughter brighter days without the unsightly, extreme rash, discoloration and irritation she'd been going through for years! To top it off, it's all natural, no nasty steroids! Thank you all so much for developing this product that is safe for children. P.S., I also use it on my face, as I've had issues with skin irritations my whole life and it's working on the uncontrollable itch that kept me up most nights. Thank you all, from both of us.

I had the worst eczema issues. I started to stop eating wheat products so that I could have a chance to heal my skin barrier and stop using the steroid cream. Thena's cream worked so fast, I was impressed and relieved of the . I started with using the product every other day, alternating with the steroid cream. Then, I mixed Thena and the Steroid cream, half and half, for the days I was still using the steroid cream. It gave my skin a chance to come back around. I am nearly completely clear of eczema, now. Now I am on the Thena cream 100%. There are days that I forget to put it on because I don't itch much, anymore. Soo exciting!!!

I've bought this product 13 times since 2017, between the 4.5oz and a smaller travel size they used to offer. It's always been my favorite moisturizer that I have ever used, and arguably still is, but it has doubled in price since 2024 and I believe it started out below $15 originally. This is the same product, same ingredients. Yes the world has changed due to tariffs and inflation, but not that much. Thena is cashing in on the brand recognition of their products now by overpricing them. I've found comparable options that are being sold for half the current price. There comes a point where the amount you're paying for the brand name gets too high and the value to the consumer becomes too low, they've passed that point and kept on going.

What a product! For years I tried to solve my issues with a rebel face eczema and I used tons of solutions. This is for the first time in my life when I am really happy. I have no problems at all, after just few days! This cream WORKS! Thank you guys from all my heart!
