Great training sled!
Great sled. Harness is really well made. Seems to do the job. The adapter seems to fit okay and I am able to use 2-in plates.

Small, Decent for pull maybe but hard to push
I got this for my home gym as it had decent reviews. I would say its on the small side as a sled and you nearly need to be on the ground to do pushes with it. Probably ok as a pull solution but a bit too tricky for me for pushing exercises which was the primary reason i got it. Plus I would say depending on the thickness of your weights too it might limit how much you can load it up
