What's most impressive is how the formulation tackles different types of residue, the mild abrasives handle burned-on carbon deposits while the liquid components dissolve grease and sugary spills. I've tested this on several stubborn stains including caramelized sugar from a boil-over incident and burned tomato sauce that had been sitting for days. The results were consistently better than with other products I've analyzed previously. The chemical composition appears to include some form of citric acid that effectively cuts through mineral deposits from hard water without etching the glass surface. There's also a mild solvent component (possibly glycol-based) that helps with oil residue. The manufacturer states it's safe for multiple surfaces including stainless steel and porcelain, which indicates the pH is balanced and not overly acidic or alkaline. I've noticed it requires minimal product per cleaning session - approximately 2-3ml covers an entire cooktop, making the 18-ounce (532ml) bottle extremely economical. The lack of strong fragrances suggests minimal added perfumes, which is preferable for those with sensitivities.

We received a small sample bottle of this cleaner with our new LG induction stove. We used it sparingly because it didn't attack stains. We opted primarily for Dawn dish detergent, a soft sponge, followed by a dry paper towel or two. The Cerama Bryte works better as a 'finish polish' in my opinion after the big stains are eliminated. When wiped away with a micro-fiber cloth you get a like new appearance to your induction top. Does a great job. Oddly the instructions advise you not to use it on stainless steel which runs the entire perimeter of the LG stove. I've obviously gone wide when applying this product on occasion. Rest assured - no discoloration or damage to the stainless steel. I'm assuming the manufacturer discourages wiping down the front of your stainless steel fridge with it. If you clean house on weekends and want the stove to look brand new - this is your stuff. And get a micro-fiber towel. Takes it the final yard for sure.

This keeps my stovetop completely clean. I found an added benefit: My tea mugs, even after going through the dishwasher have stains on them and this product takes then off easily. I’m a fan.
