Great quality, and gets the job done. I gave 4 stars because the tape does get stuck occasionally. Maybe a ratchet wheel would solve that issue, but overall, it holds up against other familiar more expensive brands.

I'm moving and was buying the Scotch Box Lock Packaging Tape with Dispenser, 1.88 inch x 800 inch (22.2 yd) at first but this looked like a better deal. Now I've ordered this twice and I've been happy. Seems like a decent value.

And the cutter works great, but the tape that came with it poor it shreds then you’ve gotta use a whole round to get it all to come together into one piece of tape. I tossed the tape, kept the cutter.

Not as good as the handheld ones you see at post offices, but 70% of the way there is still good enough. Very useful item to have
