Good product and economic!

I originally bought these because mosquitoes and tiny gnats seem to think I'm their favorite meal. I had read that Benfotiamine (Vitamin B1) might help make you less attractive to biting insects, so I figured it was worth a try. I've been taking it consistently, and so far, so good! I spend time outside in southern Arizona with my dogs, where mosquitoes and gnats can definitely be a nuisance. Since starting these, I've noticed I'm getting far fewer bites than I normally would. Of course, everyone's experience may be different, and I can't say it's 100% because of this supplement, but the timing has been convincing enough that I'll continue taking it. The softgels are easy to swallow, and I haven't experienced any side effects. There is no taste or aftertaste, and after running out for a few days, I realized they actually helped with my mood, so I quickly replenished. If you're someone who always seems to be the first person insects target, this may be worth trying. It's been a pleasant surprise for me.

Benfotiamine is one of those supplements that you can feel it working if you have a need for it. I was having neuropathy symptoms on a regular basis both when awake and sleeping. Taking 600mg of this spread out throughout the day helped to alleviate 95% of the neuropathy symptoms that I was having after taking it regularly. I now am able to sleep without waking up to tingling hands and feet. I have used another brand that is here on Amazon and highly regarded, but these have been the best for me and I plan to use Micro Ingredients again after comparing it to a popular 600mg capsule version from another brand...

If you have a hard time swallowing capsules then these might not be the best for you. The capsules are like an oval shape and pretty large. I don’t normally have trouble swallowing supplements but these get lodged in my throat and I have to swallow a piece of bread to get them to go all the way down my throat. It’s kinda scary when you feel like a capsule is stuck and it hurts. So just beware. Otherwise this is a good product.

Great product

I have been taking B1 by this company for about a year and one half. I'm an old guy and have trouble sleeping, or should say, had trouble. This is the only reason I take it. It knocks me out within a short time. So, just before you are ready to lay down, take just one cap. Before finding this brand, I tried two other pill form brands. Those made me irritable thru the day and I tossed them out. This brand had just a little of that affect too, but I stayed with it (one at night), and it went a way within a couple of weeks. Now, I can't do without it.... maybe I'm hooked?

I like they are in coconut oul.

Have only just begun using it. No side effects so that’s great.
