Excellent suspension kit. Everything arrived complete and well packaged, with very good quality materials. The installation was relatively simple and fit perfectly. After installing it, the car feels much firmer, more stable and comfortable to drive. It greatly improves the absorption of impacts and eliminates noise or vibrations. Very good option if you are looking to renew or improve the suspension. Totally recommended.

The shocks struts and vertical stabilizers fit perfectly.No chance to change out other parts yet.The vertical stabilizers are beefier than stock.The ride is a bit spungee,but I would not know what the original ride is like seeing how I did not have the car from brand new.The workmanship is top notch.After installing the lower control arms (good), I ran into a problem w/the drivers side outer tie rod end”rubber.” It has a slice in it.These rubbers are meant to retain grease,keep dirt and foreign material from entering the joint itself.The drivers side tie rod nut was not of the correct grade and stripped out when tightened.After experiencing what I did with the drivers side tie rod end nut?,I would go up atleast 2 grades in hardness.The overall ride of the vehicle did improve.It’s tight like a new car.I still have to address the drivers side outer tie rod issue.What I had to do to remedy the stripped tie rod nut was install the original 2009 tie rod end nut over the existing (new,stripped nut) and tighten it accordingly.The stripped nut will not come off.

The rear struts are worse than the bad ones I replaced them with. When I hit a bump, it’s the biggest thud ever, as if I’m bottoming out. The old ones didn’t even do that. I can’t exactly return them since they’re on my vehicle. However, I am replacing them with something that will work. I have been replacing struts for at least 30 years, and this is the first time I have ever experienced something like this. That’s what I get for straying from what I know works. I reached out to customer service, only to basically be called a liar. This is the first and only time I will ever buy one of your products, and I will be sure to let everyone know the poor quality and customer service from your company.

I received exactly what was advertised. The parts seemed to be well made. Fit in finish could have been better, things like paint. But at this price point I was not buying for looks. They have been installed for about a month with no issues to report. I will update in about a year from now, as only time will tell about true quality. Detriot Axel has been in for 35 years, starting in 1990. How ever the BBB claims that they have been in buisness for 19 years and gives them an F. They BBB claims that there has been 200 complaints filed against Detriot Axel; 108 of them they had failed to respond; and 13 left unresolved. As the BBB can't seem to get their facts straight, I wouldn't put much stock in their rating of this buisness. Seems like 79 of these 200 conplaints were real issues, and after doing some digging I found that Detriot Axel not only resolved the issue but also gave generous discounts as an apology. Personally I was impressed with how fast they processed the order and had it shipped. I hope to see this company come up to a better buisness rating as they are an American company. Most of their parts are made here in America. Some parts are sourced from other countries, but are assembled here. It feels good to know that my family is riding on American made parts crafted and assembled by American hands.

The car feels like new, fits perfectly on my 2016 honda accord.

This is a good quality suspension kit. Has everything you need to replace your worn out suspension. Alignment shops will not align your front end if you have play in your suspension. They will charge you a huge amount of cash to replace parts and you can get this whole kit with struts at a fraction of the cost they will charge. My suspension is now tight and fresh front end alignment and rides and drives like when it was new!
