Somewhat like BR540 but deeper
This is deeper and richer than BR540 with the smoke, sits closer to the skin, not a projection monster despite it being an extrait. Very Saffron forward and smoky. The Violet and fig sort of bring it in a little to sweeten it but not by much.

Was hoping it was something that it was not.
I wanted this to be like Orientica Oud Saffron. But I was mistaken. This is a strong Oud. The packaging is great... probably one of the best packaging this side of Xerjoff. If you like Oud... this is definitely what you want. It's powerful and I would say medium longevity on my skin, for somebody else that probably would be longer say 6-8 hours.

Great Cool-weather Scent
As the name would lead you to assume, this is a saffron-forward scent. Personally, I love the smell of saffron. This is a warm, inviting, kinda "leathery" scent. Don't know if this is a compliment- puller, but I wear some fragrances just for me, because I like them.
