I was always sitting too far back at work on my large chair. I’m short 5’1” and this seat makes it so I’m sitting my forward on the chair. I don’t use that little extra cushion it comes with in the middle as I don’t need it. Now, when I’m sitting at my chairs my upper / mid back is also cushioned and I’m sitting forward instead of slightly leaning back. It’s good for computer work. Also, my legs are more comfortable bc I’m short and I’m now sitting further forward on the seat and legs are touching the floor easier. This cushion has helped my posture and comfort at work and I find it’s a decent price!

All materials for this device are of high quality and the design objective makes sense, but in the end, the small, adjustable pillow was too stiff for my back. I patiently searched for the vertical position of the small pillow that would offer the support I need, and after a while, found a good spot. But within a few minutes that hard little pillow felt like it was made of stone. Perhaps a softer filler for that pillow would have worked for me. Other reviewers found this device very helpful, so I must assume the area where my spine needs to maintain the proper curvature is more sensitive than theirs.

I bought it for work sitting for 8 to 9 hours a day was hard on my back with this my back feels much better. I’m in love and not pain!

I sit at a desk all day long and have purchased several different types of support over the years. So far this one has worked the best and has lasted the longest as far as keeping its shape. And my back does not hurt at all. It keeps me positioned properly.
