Good Product—Well Worth My Hard Earned $$
My 5 month old French Bulldog puppy REALLY loves this, but it took awhile with lots of patience on my part, encouragement and treats. He understood the treats came from the dispenser and went to it consistently but he was having no part of the button. Day 1 he barked his head off at the foreign orange object (the button) sitting on the floor and barely went close to it. Day 2, he approached, but I couldn’t get him to touch the button. Day 3, he would touch the button, but not hard enough to trigger it. On day 4, I flipped the button over and then there was no stopping him! By day 5, the button was right side up and now I have a treat monster on my hands! Once he hits his treat jackpot two or three times, I then move the button or dispenser to create distance and he runs his little legs off to earn his reward. I’ve used this indoor and outdoor. Next, I’m going to try placing an obstacle tunnel between the two pieces to make it more fun/challenging. The charge on both units is outstanding. It’s easy to load, use and clean. I do wish the tray could be removed. Every once in a while, the dispenser fails to deliver a treat…but I don’t see it as problematic—both dogs look puzzled for a second and will try again. I see this as “problem solving for dogs”. There is a second 3.5 year old dog in the house who weighs about 75 pounds. She also really enjoys this and has no problems getting her rewards from the tray. The larger dog also helped with teaching the puppy how to use the button right side up. This will be great to entertain, stimulate and get both dogs moving during bad weather days, It has also helped with teaching both of them to use other button-based enrichment tools. The only thing that makes my FBD puppy happier than his treats is a stick in his mouth. LOL. All in all, I consider this money well spent—especially if it lasts for a couple of years.

Great purchase, dog loves it and took to it really well
Such a great purchase. It works very well and was pretty easy to train our dog on. I don’t know if there’s a larger size but it would be nice if we could put more than a cup of kibble at a time in it. Our dog has probably used it at least 50 times and it’s holding up really well. It’s great that it’s rechargeable. The button does slide quite a lot but our dog is pretty aggressive and will fully body pounce on it.

Fun and Interactive! Gives our dog some needed mental stimulation!
What fun! We love watching our smart little Doodle use his new treat dispenser😄 We give him 1/3 cup of kibble three times a day for meals and started giving him one of those meals in the treat dispenser to add some mental stimulation and to slow down his eating! We showed him the remote and picked up his paw to press it and get a piece of kibble but he did not like us grabbing his paw! He would intensely watch us as we pressed the remote and he happily gobbled the treat dispensed, but he would then just stare at the remote waiting for us to press it. (He made the connection very quickly) He is very food motivated, so I put a little smear of peanut butter on the remote and as he licked it off the music would chime and out popped some kibble! Oh, he liked that! It did not take long before he put two and two together and realized he could lick or press the remote with his nose to be rewarded. His kibble is small and we wanted it to dispense slowly, so we adjusted the opening of the food tumbler so that only a piece or two would fall at a time. The only trouble with that is sometimes nothing comes out at all. But Chester knows now to try, try again! He can hear the tumbler spin when he presses the remote and the chime sounds. He can hear the kibble rattling around. So when nothing comes out, he tries the remote again. In the video I took, nothing came out after several tries and Chester started giving it an impatient bark! I’m sure if we made the opening larger this wouldn’t happen, but then the game wouldn’t last as long. ❤️ We love that it is rechargeable and even came with a charging block and cord! Fantastic fun for our pup! Definitely recommend 🌟

This toy is a favorite for fun, meals & even training
This is *by far* my dog’s favorite toy. He gets excited for it and has fun while he’s using it. I love it because it’s good for him. He gets some extra steps in with his meal. The button is in one room and the dispenser is across the house in another room. The toy keeps his attention on the environment because he is listening. One of the first things we tried with it was some training. I recorded my doorbell to help teach him to go to a certain spot when he hears the doorbell. Now it’s automatic. Since then the toy is a regular part of his meals. It’s easy to use, and good quality. It even comes with some fun stickers to personalize. 10/10 from us. Customer service was great when I had a question. A+ on that, too.

Little Machine, BIG fun
My black lab is OBSESSED with this thing. It took us about a 2 hours for him to learn the connection between the button and the food being dispensed, but even then half of that time was him figuring it out and testing it all by himself. I have a few gripes that aren't that big of a deal, but more so a user preference. For one, I wish the slot that the food comes out of was a bit steeper, as food would get caught in the curve and my pup would knock the dispenser over trying to get to the food that fell out and got stuck. I pull the tray out, but that made no difference and he ended up pushing the tray back in trying to get the stuck food out. Two, I wish the button was a bit louder, or had a volume option. If they had a model for larges dogs I'd definitely get it, as I had to refill the container like 6 times because it only held so much. (But again, I have big chunks of kibble in there and he's a big boy, so it's only natural it doesn't last long) Other than that, I would still recommend it. I definitely think it's better for the smaller pups, but even so, my buddy loved it. I also loved the cute little spoon it came with to pour your treats/food into the opening of the gyro, AND I appreciate that they included a charging block with the charger. 10/10 and I'd still buy it again even with my little gripes lol.

Fun toy but has its quirks
I live where it's very cold during the winter and wanted an activity for my collie type dog. She needs the mental stimulation. The idea is great. But I noticed a couple of things: 1. Dispensing a single treat is really un-reliable which makes training harder. Your dog presses the button but a treat isn't always dispensed -- dog is like WTF and gets confused. 2. If you have more than one dog, beware of resource guarding. My dog is generally very good with her brother and not known to resource guard. However, this toy caused some fixation and her to snap at her brother when he was trying to investigate. This is part a training issue on my part but an inherent problem with toys of this kind. Best for solo dogs (or one at a time).

Will keep your pup busy!
I really like this product! My dog picked it up fast, and it even came with clear instructions on how to train him to use it. It’s smaller than I expected, but he doesn’t care—he happily slams that button like he’s trying to win a game show. It’s cute, sturdy, and surprisingly durable for something that gets assaulted daily. My only complaint is that sometimes the treats don’t drop, which triggers the dramatic rage-pressing. And yes… you will absolutely need to hide it once your dog is full. Otherwise, all you’ll hear is that button going off like a tiny, furry hostage situation. You can change the sound too, which is a fun bonus. Overall, I’m really glad I bought it!
