The bag is small and handy . Soft material. Getting heated up in 7 to 8 minutes. Every thing is good but this is useful for back pain or to heat your seat during winter. This is not useful for shoulder pain or to keep on legs for cramps as this falls off and needs to hold with our hand. Definitely not recommended for frozen shoulder or muscle pain

I ordered this bag they say overnight delivery and give bad item. The wire was defective and the packing looked very old as if used product was sent. I replaced it but they collected the item and now replacement is cancelled. If they say overnight delivery why can't they give replacement overnight.

I use this regularly for pain relief and it keeps me warm. it is very useful for fast pain relief. easy to use and easy to carry. heating very quickly and heat stay for long time. i feel very comfortable and satisfied with it. when my mumma in pain she is quickly on this heating bag and she feel so relaxed to use this on paining area. its nice and worth it for us.

Heating quickly and cable length too short

Exactly what it says, heats up quick and stays hot for long. Great price as well. Should have included a strap of some sort, because holding it when it is hot is not possible.
