Hopeful TTC Tool That’s Easy to Use Once You Get the Hang of It 🤍
After trying for 8 cycles, I’m really hoping to come back and update this review with a BFP 🤞—but in the meantime, I wanted to share my experience with the Frida Fertility Conception Aid Cup. I actually started using this after my GYN recommended it during my annual visit. My cycles have been long and irregular since coming off a hormonal IUD after 6 years, so we were open to trying something simple and supportive before moving on to more advanced options. I’ll be honest—some of the reviews about it being difficult to remove initially made me nervous (I was fully picturing an ER visit 😅). But after using it a couple of times, it really wasn’t bad at all. What worked best for me was gently pulling on the tail, then using a finger to break the seal before squeezing and removing it. Trying to just pinch and pull didn’t feel like it broke the suction properly, so I definitely recommend practicing before you actually need to rely on it. Once you figure out your method, it’s very manageable. Insertion was surprisingly easy. I found it helpful to locate my cervix first, then guide the cup into place and kind of “position” it around that area before pushing up the edges. I left it in for about an hour and honestly didn’t feel it at all—my tampons are more noticeable than this was. I sterilized it by boiling before the first use as recommended, and since then I’ve just been washing it with soap and storing it in the bag it comes with. I’ll likely boil it again before my next cycle just to be safe. A few practical notes: You definitely don’t need to be an acrobat to use this Short nails are your friend here (trust me 😬) The material is soft, flexible, and feels durable—no warping after boiling or repeated use One thing I really liked is that it seemed to do exactly what it’s intended to do—keep everything in place. I noticed way less leakage afterward, which felt reassuring during the process. So, I would rate it an A+ for effectiveness! For the price, this is easily one of the most affordable fertility-support tools out there, so it felt like a no-brainer to try before investing in more expensive tracking devices or treatments. My GYN also mentioned that many of their patients have had success using it, which gave me a lot of hope. After experiencing a chemical pregnancy earlier this year, I’m still cautiously optimistic—but I’m really glad we added this into our routine. Fingers crossed this is our cycle 🤍

Easy to use
I was honestly surprised at how easy this conception aid cup is to use. The silicone is soft and flexible, so it’s comfortable to insert and remove. I like that it comes with a storage bag to keep it clean between uses. The design really does help keep everything in place, and it gives me peace of mind that we’re maximizing our chances. It feels well-made, easy to clean, and reusable, which makes it worth the price. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for extra support on their fertility journey.

Don’t give up hope
I’m not one to write reviews but here I am writing one. I’m now pregnant after using the cup within the first month. I read these reviews when in London on vacation after seeing the product sold in stores. My husband and I decided to give it a try after 3 failed IUI and months of trying naturally since October of 2024. I’m on all the vitamins, tracking ovulation and body temperature. The only change after all this time was increased water to 120 ounces daily and using the cup. The cup was easy to insert but removing was a little tricky. There was no pain while the cup was in and I left it for 30 to 45 minutes at a time. Every time we had sex I used the cup which is easy to clean afterwards. I highly recommend adding this product to your fertility journey.

Practice before 1st use!
Not very easy to get in and as title says, practice using it beforehand! Cons: If you have short hands/fingers and no partner to help with insertion, it might be a no-go as getting it up the canal isn't easy and was impossible for my wife to do solo. Was also uncomfortable putting it in. Pros: Once in place though, it isn't felt inside, storage capacity was great as it doesn't spill and it stays in place until removed so functionality is also great. We jokingly call it our "sperm spa". Plus it is easy to clean, discreet and portable. Here's to hoping it serves its use and we get our BFP this month.

Wonderful amazing cup!!
Bought this on a whim to try to help conceive, me and my husband are so excited how wonderful it worked especially since I usually hate anything inside cause of a horror story with tampons. This was so comfterable to me and I enjoy it knowing it is helping increase our chances for baby only first day of use but will reply back if it does help get us pregnant

The strongest suction known to man kind
Go pee before you read this because you might get a good giggle. I’m staring this a 3 because I do think it might help keep little swimmers up where they need to be. However, be warned it is a VERY powerful suction. Let me paint you a picture. Baby dance. After baby dance I use the already boiled device. Goes it like a breeze. I think to myself, wow, this is going to work! The twenty minutes go by and it’s time to remove. I tried all the “suggested” poses for removal. None of them worked. I’m trying not to panic. I lay down a towel on my bathroom floor and I continue to try a few didn’t poses to help get the device removed. The suction is 10000% above my expectations which is great for keeping swimmers where they need to be, but not for removal. My husband is coaching me on the other side of the bathroom door cheering me on. I think to myself, I cannot be that person who goes to the hospital because I cannot remove this on my own. The panic sits in. After a long struggle I was able to remove said device. Fast forward the next day I planned to use it again. However, after another round of baby dancing it was very clear to me that my cervix was bruised from the attempt of removing the incredible suction that this device offered. I haven’t used it since. I can’t say how well it actually works because I bought this knowing I have endometriosis but I do think it could work lol. You may want to try and practice removing a few times before use.

Takes a bit of practice
Not very easy to use. But it does get easier after some practice with just fertility gel in it. I practiced with gel to get the hang of using it because I waisted a bit of hubby's baby making syrup trying to figure it out the first few times. Make sure to clean it before and right after use. We don't want infections ladies in our "hoo haas". It hasn't worked yet but hubby and I are hopeful. ***Blessings and Baby Dust to all***
