I am shocked with my results
I began taking primal queen at a pretty unhealthy baseline. I was off put by the advertising because they downplayed the use of green smoothies/juice, but I had been wanting to try beef organs and loved how this was specifically formulated for women. I went for it, taking it FAITHFULLY everyday two capsules at once so that I’d remember and here is my experience-Cons:-I believe that this caused a decrease in my blood pressure, but I never confirmed it. I was very dizzy for the first few weeks. (But I can address this in the pro section.)-I keep getting a minty fresh sensation in my mouth and I don’t know if it has anything to do with the minty heart that is placed in the packaging.-I had been very gassy before starting and when I took these my gas had the most pungent putrid smell. My bowl movements as well.-These are a little pricey for my budget as a single mom of three(I can add to this later)Pros:-The initial change I saw was in my period. I actually had not had one in 6 months. Day ONE I began my first period in that time! I was shocked. Now 2.5 months in I have not noticed a regular cycle yet, but have been bleeding off and on.-I had been feeling like I still had to pee after just urinating. And within two days of taking this I started urinating like crazy and felt “satisfied” after. ( I really believe this is why I was getting so dizzy. I do wish that I would have consulted an MD at this time, but I didn’t). 2.5 months later and I still have noticeable improvement in this area. (Now I no longer feel the dizziness I felt at the beginning, so I strongly suggest working with an MD if you decide to take this and feel like you may be retaining water. I chose to keep taking the suggested dosage because I felt the benefits outweighed the risk)-Within the first week I noticed an overall decline in appetite, marked by increased appetite for Whole Foods and decreased appetite for my vices: chips, soda, sugary coffee drinks. I was able to carry out an 18 hour fast in month 2 with minimal discomfort.-week one abs up to now my bowel movements have become more “complete” for lack of a better way to say it. I have always been regular so I don’t have more frequent BMs, but they seem to make me feel fully alleviated. And I feel less moments of constipation. My once hard, destended belly is now fluffy soft yet visibly flatter(the one time where fluffy is a good thing, lol)-over the course of week two until now, 2.5 months later, my waistline as well as neck, collarbone, and upper arms are NOTICEABLY thinner. I do not have a scale so I unfortunately can’t provide a weight loss increment, but I did lose 2-3 inches on my waist, easily. Noticeable improvement by friends and family.-hair, skin and nail improvements were only noticeable in just after the 2 months mark. I noticed it in my head hair first. Fuller overall healthier feeling. At 2.5 months I saw it in my eyebrows and eyelashes. Far less shedding in all places! Overall, I have little to no flaking skin without using moisturizer. (I use pure organic castor oil as a moisturizer and now when I do moisturize= butter soft skin!!) my cracked heels on my feet are noticeably smoother, my overall skin tone has improved, feeling younger and more supple. The appearance of my acne scars is diminished, just slightly but I’ll take it!-about 30% of the mornings I do wake up feeling more rested and the need to take a nap has diminished by about 40%.I feel like the degree of improvement I have seen over the past 2.5 months has been mind blowing. The amazing results make the product worth every penny to me. I was taking a collegian/biotin supplement and will nix that to cut my costs since it didn’t give me a noticeable improvement in the 1.5 months I was taking it prior to Primal Queen. On the topic of greens, I wish I had started a green smoothie program at the same time I started primal queen because there are some things that Greens did for me that beef organs did not do. Those two have the potential to work in synergy to be life changing!! Now I do see why the team chose to make a greens comparison. In terms of results to time, beef organs take the win.

Update: 9 months of taking these…
UPDATE: 5/2/25 is my 53rd birthday, and I’m entering my ninth month of taking Primal Queen. Two main benefits have remained consistent for me:First, my periods are now regular, shorter, and come with significantly reduced PMS. It’s not 100% foolproof, but I’ve seen real improvement overall.Second, my energy levels have stayed steady over these 8–9 months. It’s not a euphoric burst of energy but it’s more of a quiet, constant stamina that gets me through the day without feeling like I have an elephant sitting on my chest. I still occasionally feel drained or like I need a nap, but the exhaustion doesn’t control me anymore. I used to think I was just lazy and would be really hard on myself when I couldn’t get motivated. This isn’t the case for me now.One thing I didn’t mention in my initial review: my lack of sleep was prevalent before PQ and I still don’t sleep through the night. I have trouble falling asleep and tend to wake up multiple times. However, the lack of sleep hasn’t affected my daytime functioning. I may have other underlying issues or maybe I just don’t need as much sleep as I thought.Overall, Primal Queen has made a positive difference in my life. It’s not perfect, but it has definitely made things better. I will continue to take these supplements and I will update again.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~(Original Review)I’m currently in my fifth month of taking Primal Queen, and I’m excited to share my testimony. I’m 52 years old and still have regular periods, so I assume I’m in peri-menopause. I don’t notice any dramatic physical symptoms yet, but yes, I know I need to schedule a visit with gyno.Years ago, I used a beef organ supplement that gave me incredible energy, but I couldn’t keep up with the cost. When I saw Primal Queen advertised on Facebook, I was excited to give it a try, especially since I remembered how great I felt back then. Before starting Primal Queen, my PMS was pretty tough to deal with. I’d get migraines for a week or longer that wouldn’t respond to any medication, my hunger would skyrocket to the point where I couldn’t feel full, and I’d be completely drained of energy. After just a week of taking Primal Queen, I noticed a big difference. My period came without warning (but on time), no migraines, no overeating, just a smoother experience overall. My period was a little darker in color, but it was shorter and much easier than usual. Over time, I realized that my energy levels had improved. It wasn’t a sudden burst of energy, but I found myself getting things done consistently every day without crashing at the end of the day (or needing a nap). That being said, I’m not completely free of PMS symptoms. There have been months where I still experienced migraines, but now they only last a day or two instead of an entire week. Occasionally, I still feel fatigued, but overall, I’m in a much better place.I’ve also been on a high-protein, low-carb diet, and before starting Primal Queen, I lost 15 pounds. At that point, no one commented on my weight loss. But after about four months on Primal Queen (even with a lot of holiday indulgences), people started noticing and complimenting me on it. I’m not sure if it’s because my body shape is changing or something else, but it feels great to hear those comments. Just note, even with my weight loss, I know Primal Queen is the reason why I have energy.I don’t weigh myself often because I don’t want to obsess over numbers, but I’m still fitting into my smaller-sized clothes, so I do think these supplements may have a positive effect on weight and body composition. My mood is pretty stable except for a few moments or days of uncertainty. I hope my transition to menopause will be smooth as it can be and I’m depending on Primal Queen to assist in my transition to the next phase of my life. I’ll update when I start noticing changes. There is no foul smell to these supplements and what you do smell is the peppermint heart. I have the jar to house the pills but I just use the bag they come in. I take two pills a day. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. If I take one at night, I tend to stay up longer and not want to sleep at all.*added (1st update) I did experience a few weeks of not being regular and GI discomfort. I’m regular now and my GI pain is gone. I’m assuming I had to go through a period of adjustment.Overall, I recommend giving this supplement a chance and I highly suggest giving it 2 months to see multiple improvements.
