This was really easy to put together. Chair is for son, he is too short for the headrest and it doesnt quite push out of the way so I should have left that off for now. Overall a great comfy chair I would say it's great value for money. Its pretty lightweight, its on carpet so obviously as expected it doesn't glide along the floor so I can't comment on how well it will move consistently but on a little test on wood floor it seemed to glide well. Tilts pretty easily it's really easy to adjust the seat height and lumbar support.

Bought March 2024 for about £135. Still going strong in Jan 2026. Pros: - Seat is comfortable/padded - Assembly is about as simple as these kind of chairs get (easier with two people) - Lots of room for adjustments to suit your sitting position - Movement is fine (using it on carpet) Cons - Lumbar support sags/requires readjustment almost every day. This has been an issue with two budget office chairs for me so, if lumbar support is your priority, maybe look at those with non-adjustable/built-in support. - Arm-rest padding is close to non-existent. Not a problem for me, but might be a con to others I'd say this is an adequate chair - and the fact it is still fairly comfortable after almost two years means I'm giving it 4 stars. Just be aware, it's often on offer! Don't buy at full price!

Buying a chair online for your home office is hazardous. Unless your employer is generous, you’re on a tight budget self funding one of the most important items for your workplace. Save a few pounds and risk something cheap and nasty or overspend on a chair that provides poor support and lacks comfort and you have blown a lot of money on a poor choice. There are few opportunities to try office chairs in a store before you purchase so it’s important please to do your research and choose carefully. The online community here are good with answers and for this purchase, the Sihoo customer service was really good at giving answers to my questions about how adjustable this chair is and its key features. I bought this M102C chair a month or so ago and have used it daily and it is really comfortable and supports me really well, especially my lower back. The seat cushion is nice and thick, the back rest and head / neck rest give great support and I can lean and tilt back when required very easily and in a controlled way without tipping backwards or fiddling constantly with settings. Another nice feature is the adjustable arm rests which also provide good support and comfort. It is a very well made, extremely comfortable chair and has all the right functionality for me so I’m very pleased with my choice. It was also within my self funding budget and available at a reasonable price so I did not have to overspend. In addition, it looks really smart, modern and a nice design. Assembly took me about half an hour but that’s because I take care with everything and read the nice, clear instructions properly. I did not find anything too fiddly or complicated and everything arrived very carefully packaged and in good condition. I can highly recommend this Sihoo chair to anyone looking for something similar and there is plenty of choice for most budgets if you fancy any of their other office chairs. To sum up, the M102C is really comfortable and a great addition to my home office, I’m very pleased with it and it’s one of my very best Amazon purchases.

Very good quality and comfortable

Excellent quality, extremely well packed and included a spare set of bolts (everyone should do this). So easy to assemble and someone had actually thought about the assembly instructions.

As someone who works from their desk for 12+ hours a day, I've been looking for a new home office chair for a while now. After quite a bit of research, I stumbled upon this chair which seemed like a good option given the positive reviews. In general, the seat cushion is very comfortable and the chair was easy to assemble; however, I have a few notable concerns for the rest of the chair. The flip-up armrests are a convenient feature, but they sit far too low and do not provide me with adequate arm support (they sit ~4 inches lower than my previous chair). Similarly, the headrest sits at an awkward spot for me in particular (despite trying all adjustments) and is therefore not comfortable for me. The lumbar support, while adjustable, sits far too low for my frame, even at its highest setting (for reference, I am 5 ft. 4 in.) - I'm unable to sit up straight enough and get the full benefit of the lumbar support (which is extremely disappointing, as lumbar support is the main feature I was looking for in a new chair). While this chair may work for others, it wasn't a great purchase for me personally. I really wish there was a way to try it out first, as I would not have purchased it if I could've tested it. Edit: Shortly after reviewing the chair, customer support reached out and were very kind & helpful. I've updated my rating from 2 to 4 stars to account for the great customer support.

Comfortable to use, easy to order, arrived on time. Value for money.

During the installation process, two long screws required for the base installation were missing. And I'm quite certain that I didn't lose them because the screws I directly took out from the box were not all removed, and the chair couldn't be tilted properly. It broke due to the strain on the back after less than three months of use. Just two days ago, one of the wheels also broke. I can't believe that this is the quality control and quality of a major Chinese brand.I don't even know if this counts as a personal damage. I also don't know how to contact the manufacturer. Now, all I can do is leave it aside to deteriorate or throw it away.

Il montaggio richiede l’utilizzo della chiave a brugola fornita nel kit e può essere completato in circa 45 minuti. Una volta montata, la sedia permette diverse regolazioni. Il poggiatesta è orientabile sia in altezza che in inclinazione, adattandosi così a diverse corporature. I braccioli sono regolabili in altezza e possono essere regolati inclinandoli verso la seduta e verso l’esterno. Il sedile, realizzato in rete, è regolabile in altezza tramite la leva posizionata sotto il lato destro. Lo schienale è reclinabile e può essere bloccato nella posizione desiderata. Il supporto lombare, integrato nella struttura dello schienale, è di tipo dinamico e segue i movimenti del busto. La base a cinque razze è dotata di ruote che scorrono liberamente su superfici lisce come parquet o tappeti. CONSIDERAZIONI COMPLESSIVE: Esteticamente la sedia è moderna e ben rifinita, adatta sia per ambienti professionali o per camere con arredamento moderno o per scrivanie da gaming. La seduta in rete risulta molto comoda, non risulta dura e soprattutto non fa sudare, anche dopo molte ore consecutive di utilizzo soprattutto in questo periodo torrido. Lo schienale ha un’ampia superficie che sostiene bene la schiena e il supporto lombare dinamico accompagna i movimenti senza mai dare fastidio. Il poggiatesta è utile e ben regolabile, soprattutto per chi lavora con il monitor all’altezza corretta. I braccioli sono comodi ma avrei preferito una regolazione anche in profondità. Nel complesso, ho trovato la sedia stabile, robusta e confortevole anche per un utilizzo prolungato. Personalmente ho utilizzato questa sedia sia per il lavoro, standoci seduto ore intere sia per scrivere al pc sia per giocare alla Play e in entrambi i casi ne sono rimasto molto soddisfatto: la grande personalizzazione delle regolazioni di schiena, braccioli e testa mi ha permesso di di assumere una buona postura e soprattutto sostenere il collo senza metterlo in tensione che è sempre stato il mio problema principale su sedie non adatte. Altro lato positivo che ho davvero apprezzato rispetto alle diverse sedie che ho avuto e provato è la superficie traspirante che fa davvero tantissimo sia quando si lavora che quando si gioca perché quando ti alzi non percepisci quella fastidiosissima sensazione di sudato alle gambe e alla schiena. Ho trovato che le rotelle scorrono bene sul pavimento e non danneggiano nemmeno il laminato che è davvero troppo sensibile all’usura. Unica pecca, non è indicato il peso massimo supportato: noi l’abbiamo testata fino a 100 kg senza riscontrare problematiche di funzionalità. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono e il funzionamento è corretto. Il prezzo di circa 280€ (al momento della recensione) l’ho trovato lievemente più alto rispetto a quello di altri prodotti dello stesso genere in commercio al pari di caratteristiche e funzionalità ma è comunque in linea con il settore. Great comfortable chair. I removed the headrest for a better fit

Ich nutze den M102C seit einiger Zeit als meinen täglichen Bürostuhl und bin grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden. Der Stuhl ist auch nach mehreren Stunden sitzen noch angenehm und durch die verstellbaren Teile gut an den Körper anpassbar. Was mich jedoch nach einer Weile gestört hat ist das der Stuhl nach einigen Monaten angefangen hat Geräusche zu machen beim bewegen. Der Kundenservice konnte mir jedoch schnell und kompetent weiterhelfen weshalb die 5 Sterne absolut angebracht sind!

El envío por parte del vendedor, ha sido rápido. No tanto la agencia de transporte (UPS) que acabó dejándola en un punto de recogida sin tan siquiera pasar por casa estando en ella el 100% del tiempo y tocándome a desplazarme a mi a por ella. Le daría al transportista pereza entrar en la urbanización con ella en brazos. Pero bueno, es algo que está al margen del vendedor como es lógico, salvo por el acuerdo con la agencia. A lo importante: La silla es muy sencilla de montar, en 20/25 minutos la tienes lista. Aunque tengo experiencia en montar ya algunas sillas para uso particular, si no la hubiera tenido, con seguir las instrucciones que vienen muy bien detalladas se hace muy sencillo el montaje. La silla viene perfectamente embalada, cada pieza bien conservada en papel de burbuja y cartones protectores, como podéis observar en las fotos subidas. Me ha gustado el detalle de los tornillos, que vienen en un cartón con la nomenclatura y no sueltos en bolsas. Detalle genial, enhorabuena! En cuanto a la comodidad de la silla debo decir que cumple perfectamente su función. Teletrabajo el 100% del tiempo y luego dedico algunas horas a jugar. Vengo de una silla Gaming, que está nueva, pero que acababa dejándome dolores por todos los sitios. (Cosas de la edad también) Los materiales son de muy buena calidad. El asiento es grande y ancho. Yo soy delgado, así que me sobra espacio. Los reposabrazos puedes subirlos, buen punto, porqué así a la hora de guardar la silla debajo de la mesa no golpean con el escritorio. Además puedes abrirlos o cerrarlos hacia los lados en función de la comodidad que busques con ellos. El tejido es transpirable, así que será genial para los días de calor. El respaldo es muy cómodo y el soporte lumbar se ajusta perfectamente al igual que el respaldo para la cabeza. Si bien es cierto que cuándo subes la silla al 100% los pies ,si no eres muy alto como yo (1,67) cuelgan un poco, pero como tengo reposapiés e incluso a veces me siento al estilo "indio", pues me va perfecta igualmente. Si eres muy alto y te sientas muy atrás, la cabeza sobresale del reposacabezas y no es muy cómodo ya que el borde final se te clava en la nuca, sin embargo, puedes sentarte un poco más hacia adelante, que el respaldo lumbar y el de la cabeza lo puedes ajustar y te sujeta igual de bien. (10 cm más) En resumen, aunque llevo un día con ella, tiene porte y es robusta, cómoda y funcional. Precio calidad excelente. Buen producto, buena silla. Repetiré en el futuro con esta marca. Recomendable 100%
