Great product and good for on the go. Not suitable for keeping food cold but does the trick if you arent feeling well or have hurt yourself. good quality and value for money

Value for money, quick to get cold.
Value for money, quick to get cold, not too big or bulky to carry in first aid box. Stays cold about 20 minutes.

Small but effective
I’m used to another brand but thought I’d try something new. These are small and don’t last as long however you get a lot more packs for your money so it balances out in my opinion. These are perfect for handwarmers but I mostly use them to ease my bad knee and they really help. I would recommend these overall because if they’re tough to activate you’re able to stand on them to get them going and you can use more to compensate for less heat and size. Thanks for reading.

Good value for money
Perfect for pre school. Using these as cold compresses if a child bumps their head.

Excellent for use at home and out and about
I actually got these for my husbands football first aide kit but I use them at home and for the youth group I’m involved in. They are perfect for our and about as you only activate them when needed so can stay in your first aid kit for ages until you need them. They are a decent size to deal with injuries on most joints and stay cool for a decent length of time to actually make them worth worth using. Would recommend and would ( and have ) buy again.

They work, but difficult to activate and only last 20-30 mins
I only managed to get these heat packs to activate after seeing the instructions on some different brand cold packs which said to fold the inner bag in half and squeeze - as they’re nearly impossible to activate by just squeezing them normally as the official instructions stateIf you have any issues with your hands - do not buy these - it takes a lot of strength and time to activate these as the inner bag is ridiculously strongI originally thought I had gotten defective heat packs as I couldn’t get them to activate by following the instructionsThey do get nice and hot (not too hot, can apply directly to the skin immediately) - but they only last maybe 20 mins before they’re down to just slightly warm
