Love this black pasta!!
Excellent pasta. Tastes like any high grade quality pasta that you could buy that isn’t homemade. Goes well with any sauce. Would definitely buy this again.

This is the real deal, a bit pricey but worth every penny in the end!!
I am a Private Chef (classically trained since 2004) and Caterer and found this item to be very top notch. It holds up extremely well, and has been a great selling point for me. The flavor is subtle and not overpowering and my clients have consistently given great feedback and high praise. Here is my lobster and jumbo lump crab version of this squid ink pasta sautéed in a sofrito mixture and finished with black truffle butter, garnish of fresh baby basil leaves. It was just outstanding. I will continue to order this as it is truly gourmet item that will make any seafood lover give you the “oohs and ahhh’s” upon presentation and most importantly- taste! Great product, highly recommend!!
