Color is very pretty, very smooth texture, not sticky. But, let's face it my nail strength has improved, my hair is regrowing, yes they have a smell however, I just swallo them and don't think about it. I think my skin is better as well. It's a great product and I'm very pleased with it.

Don't pull your hair out without having these in your cabinet. Instead of watching your grass grow with this product you get more than just hair growth you can watch your nails grow.
