A beginners guide
This book contains a large list of herbs but I would have liked a little more detail like and what zones these herbs can be grown that kind of thing. I plan on dispensing with growing vegetables t this summer and just a lot of different herbs. This book is good start but more of a teaser of information; made me realize how little I know. I'll need a lot more information to be successful at growing, and in the use of herbs for medicinal purposes. That said, I don't regret buying this book; it's a good start.

NOT a Barbara O’Neill book
BEWARE. This is NOT Barbara O’Neill’s work. I purchased this book before I listened to Barbara’s YouTube where she states that she does not endorse products, nor persons. Many imitating Barbara on social media (of which Barbara does not have accounts), many claiming that Barbara has a PhD — she does not, she is a nurse and claims nothing more than a desire to help people help themselves. Bottomline: Barbara derives no monetary benefit from the publication of this book. Niella Brown published a shallow book and it sold only because she abuses Barbara O’Neill’s name.
