I have been taking Juveriente Bone Strength Complex for two years. I was waiting for my bone density test this year to write a review. My bone density test results improved. I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis two years ago. The prescription medications for Osteoporosis have too many side affects and I was looking for a good alternative. I am proud to report this product works and has no side affects. The gel capsules are easy to swallow.

Great product. Had osteopenia. Improvement when I had my bone density test. Haven't tried the capsules yet. The tablets were fine for me. This is a wonderful product. Tried the capsules. Just like the tablets they're fine. In fact a little easier to swallow. Like the fact the Juveriente contains strontium which helps absorption of the calcium. I used to have to take it separately. My bone density tests have shown an improvement of the density of my left hip.

First, the good news. Femoral neck readings have improved a little: T-score for the left femoral left was -1.8 (-2.2 two years ago); and -1.9 for the right. T-score for the left hip was -1.4; and -1.1 for the right hip. For some reason, the result from two years ago didn't show up for the right femoral and the hips. Now, the bad news. The T-score for the lumbar spine was -1.5 two years ago, now it is -1.7. It was worse for my left radius. The T-score was -3.6 two years ago, now it is -4.1!!! I have been taking Juveriente for the last 11 months and I've been doing weight-bearing exercises. I haven't been doing any exercise specifically for the left wrist. If Juveriente works, shouldn't it work for the whole body? Or, maybe 11 months haven't been long enough?

I take this for my osteopenia/ low bone density. Doing natural methods take more time than meds. Regardless, you still need to eat right and weight train to improve bone health. Sometimes in life you have to try it for yourself. I have this product on my subscription. I feel it is helping along with taking care of myself as I mentioned above. Good Health To You!! 😀

Juveriente Bone Strength Complex was highly recommended by a friend of mine who eliminated her osteopenia in just a few months. She had it very well documented with bone density tests. I am at my fourth month of trial. I suffered a fracture of the femur last year, had a hip replacement and am still monitored with x-rays every few months. There appears to be new bone growth according to my doctor. I am happy and will continue using it.

I got my bone density scan result today and it came out worse than last year. I took the supplement for one full year based on the good reviews and I am very disappointed. I exercise 6 days a week, extremely healthy with my nutrition, so be aware. One star to have the review published.
