I found this machine to be very helpful. I have just recently suffered a couple of winter bad colds not too far a part from one another and have been very blocked unable to smell or taste. I have also recently been diagnosed with a blocked sinus. I used this immediately and what a difference. I alternated the wash and blew my nose each time and it emptied out the nasty green mucus blocked up inside the nose. I still have a blocked sinus, but I have only used it the one time at the moment, but a huge difference already. And I can happily say that I have just enjoyed and tasted my first cup of coffee in weeks. It was very easy to use, instructions easy to follow too. I could certainly see this helping people who suffer with Hayfever or allergies. It really feels as though you're completely clean and washed out. Over a sink, I placed the nozzle up the nose (bottle facing upside down) and breathed in and out of my mouth. The water solution came out of the other nostril and out of the mouth. Certainly would recommend.

This sinus rinse kit does what it’s meant to do and feels well made. The bottle and nozzles are comfortable to use, and the saline solution flows smoothly without irritation. I noticed a clear difference in nasal comfort and reduction in congestion after using it for a few days. My only complaints are that the instructions could be clearer and the bottle can be a bit awkward to squeeze at first. Otherwise it’s effective and a good value for the price. Would recommend, especially if you suffer from sinus issues or seasonal allergies.

Excellent quality nasal rinse kit. It has a wide top for ease of filling. It’s strong and sturdy. It works brilliantly and is very effective at cleaning nasal passages. It’s comfortable to use and definitely helps with congestion. I’m going to use it daily as hayfever season approaches and also use it every time I’ve been mingling in crowded shops, etc to try and ward off any nasty viruses that I might breathe in! It comes with 60 sachets of salt so plenty to keep you going.

Very easy and no discomfort to use. It helped clear very bad sinusitis without pharmaceuticals. Living in a city, it's worth regular use for wellness outside illness.

First nasal douche, easy to use, I didn't find it released a lot, maybe the water release wasn't as strong as I've seen on videos. Plenty of salt sachets included.

Very good. I was afraid it would be like taking water in my nose in the pool and scarey and uncomfortable. It wasn’t at all. Just keep breathing through mouth and it’s just fine. Also need to make sure you tilt head downward for out nostril. Woke up feeling better for using it.

Ich bin wirklich total begeistert von dieser Nasendusche. Sie ist super einfach zu bedienen und eigentlich selbsterklärend. Auspacken, zusammenstecken, fertig. Das Wasser läuft angenehm und gleichmäßig, ohne Druck oder unangenehmes Gefühl. Die Reinigung funktioniert damit richtig gut und fühlt sich deutlich gründlicher an als bei meinem alten Modell. Ich hatte vorher auch schon eine Nasendusche, die war okay, aber lange nicht so effektiv und angenehm in der Anwendung wie diese hier. Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass direkt 60 Salzpäckchen dabei sind. Damit ist man erstmal gut versorgt und muss nicht sofort Nachschub kaufen. Für den Preis wirklich top. Ich würde sie auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen und kann sie guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Super Teil, um gelegentlich die Nase zu spülen ist es bestens geeignet. Es gibt jede Menge Päckchen mit Nasenspülsalz dazu und bei gelegentlichen Anwendungen sollte das ewig reichen. Es wird ohnehin empfohlen die Nase nur 2x die Woche zu spülen. Empfehlenswert bei einer Nasennebenhöhlen Entzündung oder verstopfter Nase!

I decided to try this neti pot before investing $100+ in Navage, and it works perfectly for nasal irrigation. Pros: 1. The button at the bottom provides a controlled and effective water flow. 2. Comes with 60 salt sachets for convenience. 3. Upside-down ergonomic design makes it practical and easy to use. 4. Easy to clean. 5. Includes a temperature indicator sticker. 6. Comes with two nozzle attachments. Cons: 1. The bottle size might feel small for some users, requiring refills to clear both nostrils. Tips for Use: 1. Always use salted water for irrigation. Plain tap water may cause discomfort as it can travel to the head instead of clearing the nostrils. 2. If you’re new to nasal irrigation, breathe through your mouth before starting, tilt your head sideways at a 45 deg angle, and slightly forward. 3. After use, forcefully exhale through your nose a few times to expel remaining water. 4. Occasionally, you may moisturize your nasal passages with ghee, sesame oil, coconut oil, or other oils like anu taila or nasya oil to prevent dryness, though this isn’t needed daily. This can also help with sinus or allergy relief. Overall, this neti pot is an excellent choice for effective nasal cleaning!
