Exactly what I needed for my sour addiction! I used to eat Cry Baby Tears while drinking my hot tea or wine at night and LOVED the combination of flavors. But that eventually started taking a toll on my teeth. I recently discovered this and it has been a game changer! I add ½ tsp to my herbal tea and it is delicious…the exact taste I crave. This will last a very long time and is a way more cost effective choice, and I get the added benefit of not having to consume a bunch of candy to get my sour fix! I think this would be a great additive to fruit juices and sorbets as well!

I bought this mainly to make homemade sour protein gummies after bariatric surgery and it worked SO well for that. I had been craving sour candy constantly, but wanted a healthier option that would still help me hit my protein goals, and this gave that perfect sour punch. There is no odor, the texture is perfect and it was a great value for my money. A little goes a very long way, so I feel like the container will last me quite a while. It mixed well and stuck to my gummies perfectly, which gave them that real sour candy taste instead of just tasting slightly tart like some products do. I also appreciate that it came with a scoop, which made measuring way easier and less messy. I’ve already started experimenting with different homemade gummies and healthier candy options using it. Start small until you figure out your preferred level of sourness. But if you love sour candy like I do, this is absolutely worth trying.

Great product, ordered multiple times. I suggestion is if you are lucky enough to get one with a scoop in the container then keep it for the next order. Chances are it will be missing like mine was.

This stuff will turn your fresh strawberries into sour candy! Saw a chef talk about this in a YouTube video and decided to try it out. It's addictive and how much you use is completely up to you. I'd recommend starting with no more than a scoop for a pound of strawberries. Add at least a tablespoon of sugar as well. All my friends were crazy impressed and it was the hit of my game night. This 8oz container will easily make probably a few hundred strawberries, depending on how sour you want it. Enjoy!
