worked fine
the laptop itself was fast and clear i loved it for the few hours i could use it,however,the charge cable would not work so i purchased a new one (which was compatible) that one worked for a second or two and then the laptop was not having it no how,the seller was great,fast replies to my messages and has issueed a full refund and also provided a free return ticket,i would have loved it to have worked .

Good value, well specified, but heavy and small screen/not Windows 11 compatible
It came looking like new - totally without any blemishes, or any accessories. It's fast. The only real problem I had was getting through the hoops MS presented in order to get W10 to work. And who knew W10 is only supported to 2025? I remember MS stating that W10 was their last operating system. It seems a side benefit of buying this laptop is that will qualify for W11, unlike many of the new laptops at about the same price... Unfortunately this in not the case. According to the latest MS information the CPU doesn't qualify for the update.

Poor Battery - Needs to be constantly plugged in
Battery wouldn’t stay charged despite buying 2 replacement batteries. Also keyboard stopped working just after a year.

Reconditioned laptop
Because this laptop is an older model, the screen is not that clear for watching films etc...Also the advert on Amazon said the battery was good. It barely lasts 2 hours.
