Great product at a Great price.
These tubes are supper bright and turn an old dim, flickering florescent light fixture into a led fixture that is at least twice as bright(probably more), uses about 1/2 the power, with no flicker, no hum from that old ballast (that's now in the dump). Yes, you have to re-wire the fixture, but it is a really simple procedure that is well documented on YouTube.com. The first fixture I re-wired took me about 2 hours of checking each detail, but now I can re-wire a fixture in less than an hour. Most of that time is spent clipping all the ballast wires then removing the ballast and cleaning the dust and dead bugs from all over the fixture. You then run a wire from each of the tube's tombstone sockets to your power cord and connect with a wire nut. I purchased these tubes because they are dual end powered and thus they will work with both shunted and non-shunted tombstone sockets. You do not need to replace the tombstone sockets unless the old ones are cracked or otherwise damaged. They work beautifully. Until they don't.
Mar 2021 update: Five more have failed - a total of 19 failures so far.Dec 2020 update: In addition to the seven DOA, I've had to replace seven more failed bulbs. A 20% failure rate is crazy unacceptable.Original Review: I've installed about (70) 4000K "bulbs" in two retail locations. Installation was easy and i was glad to remove and recycle the old ballasts. The light is noticeably brighter. Perhaps 50% brighter than the 32W florescent tubes I replaced. The additional light is welcome, and it's not harsh or glaring. The 4000K color is a perfect balance - white and professional without looking too yellow or too bluish-harsh. The only negative is that 7 tubes were DOA. I suspect rough handling in shipping. The manufacturer responded immediately and has offered to refund the bad tubes. Highly recommended.

Very simple rewire of fixture.
I have to check to make sure my roof didn't blow off every time I walk in my shop. These are true day light bulbs. It is so much nicer to work under good lights. I didn't know how bad my old bulbs were until I replaced them! Only issue was a couple were dented/bent. Were not hard to take apart and fix, but shouldn't of had too. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 star review.

good product, no significant RFI in AM & none in FM.
This Leson LED tube has decent light output. No significant RFI if you are not DXing(attempting to receive from 1000s of miles away) AM stations. Note the 40C upper temperature limit for you desert dwellers. You gotta rip out the ballast; it is so much better. With the AC line driving the LED tubes directly and no ballast; NO MORE cold start blues, flickering, or acoustic noise. I choose the dual side drive; White one side, black on the other side of tube. Very simple to remove ballast and rewire. After the first conversion, the others will be easy. Your only tools are wire strippers, flat head screwdriver to remove ballast, and maybe wire nuts. There is enough wire from the ballast for the rewire. If a tombstone breaks they are cheap. I used a marker to write on the inside reflector the wiring diagram and a note about NO ballast present and use only LED tubes.

Inexpensive LED bulbs but, produce EMI interference
While these LED bulbs do a good job of providing light for our work-space, the bulbs do cause very significant radio interference (FM) that keeps us from using any radios in the building. This shouldn't happen if the LED electronics have proper EMI protection as outlined by FCC guidelines / regulations for use in the USA. The more costly LED bulbs we've used don't have the same issue.

A great product the seller stands behind
I originally gave this product a poor two star review because one of the 10 tubes was DOA. I have changed my opinion of this vendor as a result of their willingness to resolve my issue promptly which is what they did. I received an email almost immediately after filling my complaint with an offer to replace the defective tube. The new tube arrived a couple of days later. I will do business with this vendor again. Probably right after I finish this.As others have already stated, this is a great product sold for a reasonable price. These LED tubes are much brighter than the florescent tubes they replace. So much so that I only used one of these tubes to replace two fluorescents. 22 watts vs. 80 and a better quality light makes for an easy decision. If your wife is sensitive to the harsh blue light of LED's, make sure you order the Natural Light tubes or something around 4000 K. I found this out the hard way.

BULBS DON'T LAST AS ADVERTISE.
1. Likes- Nice bright lighting. If/when the bulbs work as they should.2. Dislike- out of the box, 30% of the bulbs did not work. Bulbs do not last as per advertised hours. Bulbs flicker and randomly they may come on and brighten up the area.3. Reached out to Leson, but no response.DO YOURSELF FAVOR AND GO BUY FROM HOMEDEPOT OR LOWE'S. THEY STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL.

Great light
So far longevity is good. Brightness is great. No more flickering tubes. There is some interference with my shop radio. I'll buy more.
