Great product, I use it almost daily for my espresso drinks, my cold brew and mixing up my ninja creami recipes.Unfortunately, it didn't last too long, bought it not even a year ago and it slowly stopped working, first/slowest setting would stop shortly after turning on then all of a sudden the entire thing refused to work.Now I know that sounds like I should rate it lower but the product support team is incredible. Within 24 hours of contacting them, explaining my issue they sent out the newer model at no expense to myself. I am super excited to try it out and honestly couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.Nowadays it's hard to find quality equipment that lasts, so when a product does eventually fail, having amazing customer support is worthy of 5 stars easily IMO.Would recommend to anyone looking for a powerful frother for any uses they decide use.

The milk frother looks great on its stand on the counter. It worked well for about a year before starting to have some issues. I contacted customer support, and since the product was still covered by the two-year warranty, I promptly received a replacement frother, which was a newer model. It has been working very well ever since. Overall, I had a very positive experience, especially with the fast and helpful customer support.

This is a great frother. Love that it has 3 speeds and it holds a charge for quite a long time. The stand it comes with is so convenient. But enough about the frother, the customer service is excellent. You just message them and they respond instantly. I haven’t experienced this high level of customer service in a very long time.
