Magpul DAKA Waterproof Window Pouch Zippered Tactical Range Tool and Gear Bag

I spend a lot of time on the water, and was looking for a good large heavy duty waterproof bag for wallets, charger cables, and keys. At first glance it didn’t look like it would hold much, but we were able to fit 3 wallets, keys, and the cables compactly. I say compactly because dry storage is hard to find on a boat especially during storms as most boaters know. We encountered a nasty storm on this bags maiden voyage, and the only thing’s that were dry were in this bag. I highly recommend this bag, but think it’s slightly overpriced compared to similar items.

This pouch is amazing. It's the small one, so I can only fit so much inside it. But whatever I put in it? They stay dry. MAGPUL didn't disappoint on this, and will eventually be picking up a few more in other sizes. MAGPUL - you keep up the good work!!!

I absolutely love the DAKA product line. They keep getting better as time goes on, and this newest addition doesn't disappoint!! I keep gun documents in this particular pouch so they will not ever run the risk of getting wet in my range bag! Admittedly, The pouch has not gotten wet. However, I know from youtube videos, that the contents would stay completely dry if it was left in the rain! The zipper is as smooth as any other waterproof zipper would be. If you expect it to be as smooth as the zipper on a backpack, or as smooth as the fly on a pair of dress pants, you will be disappointed. There is no other way to make a zipper keep out moisture. The regular DAKA pouches have far smoother zippers, but that isn't what this particular pouch is for. The material is something to behold. It is flexible, yet rigid. Soft, and semi hard at the same time! It has a nice texture that doesn't slide away from you with sweaty or dirty(greasy) hands. Buy with confidence!

Definitely waterproof - I took this out paddling. Unfortunately there’s no carabiner or way to attach so I’d recommend adding one.

This thing is way over engineered. In a good way. Bought it to keep sensitive items protected in a pack that otherwise has wet and dirty items thrown into it. The zipper is awfully tough to move back-and-forth. I figured it would wear in after a few months of use, but no such luck. It's just built too damn well. Been using it for several months now and it looks and operates like it's brand new. Keeps the contents high and dry. Definitely recommend.

Magpul daka pouches are always a must have for outdoor activities.

I recently took a remote 60 mile river kayak trip that required a hand gun for protection. I bought a waterproof back pack with the secure roll down enclosure but bought this pouch for added redundancy for my gun in case I capsized. Great planning as I did capsize. My backpack remained in the nose of kayak when I rolled over in the current. Once I made it to the bank I was shocked to find all my clothes in my backpack were soaked but my pistol was bone dry in my Magpul waterproof pouch. This pouch is reasonably priced. I would gladly pay much more to ensure my gun was protected from the river because my life might have depended on it.

Strong feeling bag, zipper is very sturdy. The large is really not that large inside due to the shape and design.

Exactly what it's designed to do. Great product

Highly recommend Bigger than I expected, solid build quality and well thought out Window on one side helps finding items, zip is smooth and completely seals off the internals from water. Handy loops for securing it within my kayak. If you work in or near water its a sound purchase. Great pouch and will last years
