doesn’t taste like anything, helps somewhat to keep me regular which i struggle with. maybe this is fyi but everyone here is probably buying it for the same reason anyway - usually i go about once or twice a week, i have eating issues so as a result i struggle to stay regular and suffer constipation. I don’t get much pain or anything I just find it mentally difficult to see the scale reflect food still being in my stomach from days and days and days ago. this helps me go once every two days, sometimes daily if i take it religiously and don’t forget a day for a while. Much healthier than laxatives. I tried straight psyllium powder mixed in water once and even thinking about it i gag, it was awful. this is much better, doesn’t seem to be less affective. this was a long and overly personal and informational review because it solved an issue i really struggled with before, mentally more than physically but as a result of the.. physically

I’m not as regular as I’d like to be and sometimes have significant problems - despite eating all the right things, masses of fruit and veg, plenty of fibrous foods. We’re all different and apparently I have a long, twisty colon, as well as diverticulosis: this combination can really create backups, to put it politely. My doc recommended eating at least 30-40 grams of insoluble fibre a day but thankfully, recognises how difficult that is to achieve in real life. I’ve had the fybogel sachets in the past, which you mix with water - but you have to down it all very quickly as it all turns to gel in the glass so rapidly. And it’s a faff if you’re out and about (not that any of us are at the moment but you know what I mean). These are sooo much easier to take, I just swallow one with a glass of water (or I cheat and just have my normal mug of tea) three times a day.I’m regular as clockwork now, and as a result I have less discomfort and bloating, and I haven’t had a flare up of diverticulitis (the inflammation and infection you can get from diverticulosis) for over three months. For the cost, these are fantastic - I take three capsules a day so they last me 40 days, rather than two months but you may need fewer, depending on your individual circumstances and preference. These are now so much a part of my regular routine I don’t even notice them - but I’m so much more settled I won’t ever stop taking them!

Decided on this brand after research with too many choices on Amazon. I have IBS for over 20 yrs and always suffer from constipation. I take one of these a day, it’s 10 days now and I feel so much better. I go to the loo every day instead of my usual 3 days, and the consistency is finally normal. Wish I’d got these years ago. No taste and easy to swallow. These worked for me on the lowest dose.

I've been taking one of these little fellas every night for a week now, and the effects are remarkable. A sustainable way to get more fibre into the diet, and to keep things moving in a predictable and comfortable fashion. You can titrate the dosage up to 3 x daily if required, but best to start on a lower dose and work up as necessary. I experienced some abdominal cramping when taken with food, so found it was best to wait a couple of hours after eating. They also make me quite trumpy, but that's a small price to pay to solve the bigger problem...!

These work brilliantly! They are just as good as Pure 4 Men which i have used before, and are twice the price of these. If your looking to add some more fibre or looking for something to make sure things are clean between the sheets and are more affordable than P4M then these are the ones too buy
